Ms. Harpauer, seconded by Mr. McMorris: That the Assembly approves in general the budgetary policy of the government, and the proposed amendment thereto, moved by Mr. Wotherspoon, seconded by Ms. Sproule: That all the words after That the Assembly be omitted and the following be added: has lost confidence in the government and disagrees with the government for tabling a budget that piles on debt, fails to invest in classrooms, and does nothing to reverse the damage to people and our economy caused by the increase and expansion of the PST.
