The texts of the proposals are set down in the attached table for the information of the Executive. The Executive will be asked to pronounce themselves on the proposals in due course, prior to their presentation to Congress. 13 ETUC YOUTH AMENDMENTS TO ETUC CONSTITUTION FOREWORD: The following amendments have been drafted by the ETUC bureau after debate and discussion at the occasion of the ETUC meeting on December 18, 2014 in Brussels. The main objective is to reach full representation of youth in the different bodies of the constitution, but is not mentioned as such in the specific section (page 18 artt ). The proposed amendments are aimed at overcoming such ambiguity.
