Delegates must register prior to 3:30 P.M. on Saturday, October 24, 2015 in order to cast a ballot for the election of officers. Alternates may be changed to Delegates at the Convention Credentials Registration Desk during the posted registration hours. The Convention is open to all members. Guest may attend, but they cannot become Delegates or Alternates. Guests must also sign in at the Registration Desk. In compliance with the Bylaws of the CFRW (Article XII), the CFRW Board of Directors declares that a Convention of delegated representatives, as provided for in said Article, shall convene at the Irvine Hilton in Irvine, California on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 12:00 noon. The purpose of this Biennial Convention is to elect officers for the term and transact other business that properly comes before it. ARTICLE XII: Section 1. The CFRW Biennial Convention shall be held in the fall, no later than October, in the oddnumbered years. The CFRW Executive Committee shall determine the place, date and time. Notice of the Biennial Convention shall be sent to all local clubs, counties/regions, executive committees of all divisions and CFRW Board of Directors at least (60) days prior to the Convention date.

2 Section 2. Each local club that has been a member in good standing in CFRW for at least ninety (90) days prior to the convention date shall be represented by its President or a Vice President (in their order) or a delegate elected by their executive committee, and one delegate and alternate for the first twenty-five (25) members and one delegate and alternate for each additional twenty-five (25) members or major fraction thereof. Section 3. To be eligible to serve as a delegate to the Biennial Convention, a member shall have been a member in good standing in the local club she represents for at least sixty (60) days prior to the convention date. VOTING BODY: ARTICLE XII Section 4: The voting body shall be the delegates of each local club the Presidents and the Vice Presidents of each division, the chief officer of the county/region, and the members of the CFRW Board of Directors. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING: Friday, October 23, 2015 at 1:30 P.M. 5:00 P.M. CLUB PRESIDENTS: Delegate entitlement is listed opposite the Club name on the enclosed Convention Delegate Form. A single mailing is required for registering those attending from each Club. Please carefully read and comply with the enclosed instructions. Photocopy of the blank registration form if you anticipate late registrations. Early registration is important.
