1 Supreme Court of Florida No. AOSC13-39 IN RE: SUPREME COURT COMMITTEE ON STANDARD JURY INSTRUCTIONS IN CIVIL CASES ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER The Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Civil Cases was established 1 for the purpose of recommending to the Supreme Court amendments and revisions in standard jury instructions that may prove beneficial. The Court expresses its appreciation for the exemplary service provided by Retired Judge Ralph Artigliere, Judge Jerald Bagley, Judge John Marshall Kest, Judge Cory J. Ciklin, Judge Bruce Jacobus, Mr. Gregorio Francis, and Mr. Ross McCloy, who have completed their service on the committee. In order to fill these vacancies and to maintain balance among the membership, the following individuals are hereby appointed to the committee for an initial term that begins January 1, 2013, nunc pro tunc, and that will expire on December 31, 2015: 1.
