3 - 3 - KRAJIŠNIK Case Appeals Chamber Judges Pocar (Presiding), Shahabuddeen, Güney, Vaz and Meron Evidentiary hearing On 3 November 2008, the parties examined two witnesses summoned by the Appeals Chamber: George Mano and Stefan Karganović, former members of the Defence of Momčilo Krajišnik. On 5 November 2008, the parties examined Radovan Karadžić, a witness called by the appellant pursuant to Rule 115. II. OVERVIEW OF SELECTED COURT DOCUMENTS KARADŽIĆ Case Trial Chamber III Judges Robinson (Presiding), Bonomy and Picard DECISION ON ACCUSED MOTION TO REJECT PROSECUTION MOTION TO AMEND THE FIRST AMENDED INDICTMENT On 5 November 2008, Trial Chamber III denied a motion by the accused to reject the Prosecution s request to amend the first amended indictment. LUKIĆ & LUKIĆ Case Trial Chamber III Judges Robinson (Presiding), Van den Wyngaert and David SCHEDULING ORDER On 6 November 2008, Trial Chamber III ordered that witness VG-138 shall be heard on 11 and 12 November 2008, following which the Prosecution is expected to rest its case. The Rule 98bis submissions will be heard immediately thereafter, whereas the Defence case for Sredoje Lukić shall commence on 24 November KRAJIŠNIK Case Appeals Chamber Judges Pocar (Presiding), Shahabuddeen, Güney, Vaz and Meron SCHEDULING ORDER FOR EVIDENTIARY HEARING On 6 November 2008, the Appeals Chamber informed the parties that another evidentiary hearing will be held on 11 November 2008 at 14:30 in courtroom III in order to examine witness Nicholas Stewart QC, former counsel of Momčilo Krajišnik.
