Member for Edmonton-Beverly-Clareview, made a statement recognizing Movember, a month-long campaign held in November 2010 to raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer. Mr. MacDonald, Hon. Member for Edmonton-Gold Bar, made a statement recognizing Alessandro Simpatico of Edmonton, a 2010 Great Kids Award recipient, for his work in raising funds and awareness for kidney disease. Ms Woo-Paw, Hon. Member for Calgary-Mackay, made a statement regarding several community events being held in Calgary in November Mr. Rodney, Hon. Member for Calgary-Lougheed, made a statement recognizing the work of KidSport Calgary in helping children to participate in organized sports. Mr. Mitzel, Hon. Member for Cypress-Medicine Hat, made a statement regarding a 15,000 donation presented by Consul Bernd Reuscher on behalf of the City of Grimma, Germany, to the Medicine Hat Community Foundation to provide assistance to victims of a flood that took place in southern Alberta in June 2010.

Moved by Mr. Dallas: Be it resolved that the Legislative Assembly urge the Government to enhance supports available to community stakeholders who engage in delivering education programs that develop entrepreneurial skills and promote the value of entrepreneurship in our society.
