5 Main eight activities of NERP-2016 & progress thereof :- Sr. Activity Till date work done No. 1. Demographically Similar 90% (table top exercise) Entires(DSEs)/Repeated Entries(REs) 2. Dead Electors Entries 22,745 dead electors have been identified out of which 20,964 have been deleted. 3. Absentee/Shifted Entries 703/26606 Absentee/Shifted electors have been identified out of which 289/24785 have been deleted.1,34,247 death records for the last five years have been collected from Registrar Births. As per thef report of DEOs these death records have been verified through existing entries in the PER only 1850 dead electors are still exist in the PER. 4. Image Improvement During NERP ,199 poor images have been 5. Software based comparison by ERO for not to specification coloured images replaced. 6. Logical Errors Removal Lists of all logical errors have been generated through ECI-Net Software ready for filed verification. 7. Correction of Entries for demographic details 8. Elector s /Family members contact details Discussion is required in the meeting whether Format -4 may be provided to BLOs or BLO register is enough for family tree.22,971 going to be eligible electors as on have been identified. Apart from this 26,978 left out electors in the age group years have been registered. During NERP ,12,837 contact details have been collected overall contact details of 72% electors already collected.
