The Department s notice of determination was published in the Federal Register on August 2, 2012 (77 FR 46123). At the request of a company official, the Department reviewed the certification for workers of WellPoint, Inc. (the subject firm). The workers are engaged in the supply of health insurance and related specialty services

The worker group at Wellpoint, Inc., Medicare Supplement Claims Unit, Wallingford, Connecticut includes on-site leased workers from TEK Systems, Inc., Kelly Services, Inc., Indecon, LLC, Pinnacle, CEI, ICONMA, Tyton, Aerotek, Aquent, Medpro, Populus, MBO Partners, Robert Half International, Strategic Staffing Solutions, Kelly OCG, SmartIT Staffing, Inc., and The Act 1 Group, Inc, and includes workers whose unemployment insurance wages were reported under The Wellpoint Companies, Inc., Wallingford, Connecticut
