Ellis Ott, native of Bogalusa, Louisiana, was judge of the Twenty-second Judicial District Court, , and judge of the First Circuit Court of Appeals SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE The bulk of the papers, arranged alphabetically by categories and chronologically thereunder, relates to C.
