4 Food Package and Benefits Bugs Problem assigning the 4 5 month maximum formula to a 6 11 month infant when they can not eat cereal/fruits/vegetables per physician System giving a validation message for twins for a BP mom (alerting re: BE food package), even when one infant is deceased Food Package display button is not displaying the customized food package after a Category Change (i.e. C1 to C2)

5 Food Package and Benefits Bugs (cont d) System not catching that BP mom should not get a BP food package AFTER IBP is 6 months when infant is on an IFF package Problem with Note disappearing on Food Prescription screen System giving an Error on Issue Benefits screen related to Food Package with same effective date fixed

10 NE Classes bugs Can no longer schedule a client for the same class twice Clients that did not show up remain in the class list, but not as attended Issues with un-checking attended fixed Documentation not always going into client s record

18 Short cert -Income Short certification period for no proof of income changed to reflect POLICY 2.03 of a limit of 30 days. PLEASE check adjunct eligibility (and search for Medicaid ID) before income verification. IF adjunctively eligible, can self declare income, and no further proof is required.

19 Print Docs/Verification Client/Miscellaneous/Communications If CLIENT document must have client record active to view in Communications file Ineligibility notice/fair Hearing If Family document, must have FAMILY record active to view in Communications file VOC NE Plan Client Agreement

21 10/20 Day Report Clinic/Scheduler/10/20 day report If appointment is canceled or moved to less than 10/20 days, system will update report

22 ADMIN- Undo Schedules Cannot delete more than 60 days at a time. If schedule change exceeds 60 days, delete in 60 day intervals

23 Transfer-Cancel Appointments Transfer clients with existing appointments Pop-up to ask if you want to cancel existing appointment If yes, appt will be canceled If no, appt will remain on schedule

24 Transfer Canceled Appointments Notice confirming cancellation Future Appointments show cancellation
