Special Note Affected by Brain Fever as an infant of 4 months that caused total loss of eyesight (100 % blindness in both the eyes), completed his schooling through Special education, Dasthagir holds a consistent academic record being school topper in SSLC and HSLC, and higher education. Accordingly, accessing information through Braille, audio aids, screen reading software and the help of reading assistants, Dasthagir presents research papers, conducts technical sessions, delivers lectures 15
