How do you build support for long-term investments in peace in a world dominated by crisis response? What role can data and analytics play in supporting peace-building efforts? And what is the best way to get needed information into the hands of policymakers and other stakeholders? The summit will seek to address these questions, while at the same time providing a road map for the kinds of investments, such improved rule of law, control of corruption, and the establishment of a sound business environment, that create and sustain more peaceful societies over the long-term. Today the world faces many conflicts: political, religious, economic and cultural. Too many families struggle with divorce, abandonment, abuse, poverty and neglect. As individuals, we recognize a fundamental weakness, preferring what is easy and convenient rather than what is right and just. Geopolitics, natural resources, environmental change, the global arms trade, and other factors have fueled and prolonged conflict as well as mutual mistrust and antipathy. Everyone has a role in the peace-building process. Who lived with the motto walking in the shoes of a servant with the heart of a parent, shedding sweat for earth, tears for humankind and blood for heaven? The peaceful world that humankind longs for can only be built upon a comprehensive foundation of peace among nations and peace among religions. Beginning with protecting family values and the sanctity of marriage and with cultivating mature human character, peace is grounded in individuals and families and expanded throughout the globe. Reconciliation, coexistence and cooperation between diverse groups of people, representing differing values and interests, as well as care for the environment are all key ingredients of the peace envisioned by Jusprudentia. Moreover, peace is the highest and ultimate value sought by people throughout history. Many righteous and capable individuals have dedicated themselves and sacrificed their lives for this noble ideal. The Jusprudentia Peace Award recognizes individuals who have dedicated themselves for the cause of peace and honors them for their work, thereby lighting a beacon of hope that can shine upon each person on earth who yearns for a world of peace. The award ceremony is to be held at the Valedictory ceremony of The Summit.

4 ABOUT JUSPRUDENTIA Jusprudentia-Society for transcendence in Law and its web portal is a body of legal minds working towards the promotion of administration of justice and the healthy development of law, suitable to social and economic needs of the people. Jusprudentia is a research and educational organization registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860, is actively involved in organizing campaigns for legal awareness and legal information to be used as a tool for advancement of public good and to provide opportunities to enhance their knowledge and provide platform to get their work acknowledged through publication, information and attend event. The organization intends to promote rule of law and social justice by making provision of free legal aid and by maintenance of an efficient system of legal advice. Jusprudentia provides just the right platform for those young lawyers to shape their intellect, build virtuous vision while embarking their journey towards success and aims to accentuate contemporary legal matters, while coming up with sustainable solutions. Students from different parts of India, have come together to raise issues regarding legal education in India while keeping in view the international standards. Further agenda of this organization will be organizing a number of campaigns and seminars, Conferences, Lectures, Workshops, and International and National Moot Courts etc. in different parts of India regularly, to keep the vigor ignited. Jusprudentia is also a knowledge base of various events being conducted in all the Law Colleges of India and all across the globe. It is a platform for publication of peer reviewed Articles. We have working Journal (Jusprudentia International law Journal). What we started is now growing muscles and emerging as one ofmost leading website for students and faculties. In a very small span, we have planned to share a lot of opportunities. Jusprudentia goes about as a media and gives most recent lawful overhauls. Abstracts will be peer reviewed before they are accepted. The abstract has to be sent by filling the form Submit Abstract

8 Guidelines for Paper Submission The Principal of the paper should be followed by Name, Designation, Name of the Organization / University / Institution and address. It is mandatory to mention address as all future correspondence will be through it. Name and details of Co-author, if any.(co-authors not more than two) The paper should be typed in MS WORD format (preferably 2007 or 2010) The paper must be in single column lay out with margins justified on both sides. The sub heading should be in font size 12, bold and Times New Roman, left aligned. The main text should be in font size 12, Normal, Times New Roman, 1.5 spacing and Justified The length of paper should not exceed 6,000 words (including footnotes). Exceeding the word limit may lead to rejection of papers. All references must be in the form of footnotes with font size 10 and should be according to the Bluebook 20th Edition. Publication Opportunity All papers accepted for the summit may be published as an edited book with ISBN number.
