If there is a runoff election, this indicates the turnout in the first round. PV2 Party Votes (Second Round) The total number of votes received by the party or electoral alliance in the runoff. If no runoff was held or the party or electoral alliance did not qualify for it, this variable is blank. Unlike in the first round, voters must cast a ballot for the entire coalition (for multiparty coalitions) rather than an individual party. For the second round, votes are recorded only in the rows coded as Votes only to the Coalition in PTY_N. SEAT Seats Won The number of seats won by a party or electoral alliance. As San Marino is a single constituency, the variable is blank for rows other than those containing results for the country as a whole.
