He said, disruption denies the opportunity to opposition to raise the concern of the people.in his farewell address at Central Hall of Parliament on Sunday evening, Mr Mukherjee said, voice of each Member of Parliament is important and it is unfortunate that the Parliamentary time devoted to legislation has been declining.stressing the need for scrutiny and adequate discussion before passage of any legislation, he said, when Parliament fails to discharge its law making role or enacts laws without discussion, it breaches the trust reposed in it by the people. The waterways will facilitate movement of passengers and goods between India's northeast and West Bengal with Bangladesh.
