11 The four dimensions of anti-corruption work Transparency Information is power. Power can be abused. Access to information can reduce the odds of abuse of power. Voice & Participation Platforms and interfaces, e.g. between administration and citizens, must be accessible. Accountability Participation and transparency are important preconditions for accountability. But corrupt behaviour also has to be punished.
