12 Success case: Bosnia EMS Need & challenge In order to further improve the administration and transparency of elections in BiH, increase public trust and confidence in the democratic process and strengthen the capacity of the CEC to administer elections and enforce related legislation, the CEC started a project that would enable one unique IT platform to optimize the management of elections from 2010 and beyond.
