In the interest of finding a new formula to ensure greater transparency of ICANN legal with respect invoking attorney/client privilege with respect to the DIDP and IRP processes the Transparency Subgroup Rapporteur will work with ICANN staff to determine how to use upcoming CCWG Accountability plenaries to incorporate the Minority views in the Transparency Subgroup report before that report goes back to the community for final review.
