The Global Energy Parliament held its fifth annual session of Parliament on September 5, 2014 at Geneva, Switzerland. The topic of the 2014 session was The Science of Peace in Humans, Humans in Peace. Distinguished international experts from many fields of society including Peace and Disarmament, Education, Science & Technology, Health, Environment, Law, Sustainable Development, and Culture participated. The session was inaugurated by His Excellency the Ambassador of India to Switzerland, Mr. M.K. Lokesh. Resolutions were drafted by Amb. Sergey Batsanov, Director of Pugwash International Conferences on Science & World Affairs (Nobel Peace Prize 1995) and Dr. Veena Jha, Director of Maguru Consultants, Deputy Speaker of the Global Energy Parliament. Members of Parliament voted unanimously on the Resolutions, given hereunder. 1. RESOLUTIONS ON THE ROLE OF SCIENCE IN PEACE The ideological gap between one s self and the outer world is the basis of all unhappiness and loss of peace. These inner experiences lead to outer actions resulting in conflict, violence and war. In order to defend and protect humanity and promote humanism, genuine education is an indispensable element of the formation of future leaders in all fields of life, including politics, economics, finance, health, natural or social sciences, military and other fields of activity. Education that brings together the objective and subjective world in a scientific format has the capacity to impart the knowledge of oneness, the goal of human life, and the pathways to peace. Global Energy Parliament Isalayam Lane, Anayara P.O., Thiruvananthapuram Kerala, INDIA Ph: +91 (0471) info@global-energy-parliament.net

1. Promote the I theory and its derivative formulas for understanding the objective world, subjective world, and our human destiny; 2. Request all governments, school systems, education ministries and international organizations to introduce such formulas about Energy and Consciousness into educational system at the earliest; 3. Spread this idea in social and cultural organizations, also through social media, so that the energy of peace can permeate all of society. Note: Global Energy Parliament defines Energy as the fundamental nature of everything in the universe. At its core, every matter is vibrating, and vibration itself is Energy. The fundamental unit, or the seed of this vibration is the I particle. These particles cannot be created, modified or destroyed. Further information about the theory of energy is in Appendix 1 and online at energy- parliament.net/research/i- theory. 2. RESOLUTIONS ON WAR AND CONFLICT In light of the seriousness of international relations today with their complexity of economic, social and cultural issues, conflicts are inevitable. An international standard should be developed, based on scientific reasoning and scientific evidence, for making decisions about when and how to go to war or to maintain peace. Therefore the Global Energy Parliament resolves that: 1. The overall aim of the international community should be to support human life in all forms regardless of distinctions such as nationality, religion, race, economic status, or gender, to support wildlife and the natural environment, and to minimize suffering at all levels; 2. The international community should develop a comprehensive, quantifiable standard of peace which includes human life energy, human suffering, economic energy, cultural energy, environmental energy, etc.; 3. The standard should be based on the building block of all matter (the I particle ); 4. Using this standard, the international community should agree on norms so that decisions can be made collectively about the justification for actions during war and conflict; 5. Present this to the United Nations and the UN Security Council and other international organizations and peacemaking bodies for follow- up action and implementation.

3. RESOLTIONS ON EDUCATION FOR PROTECTING HUMANITY AND PROMOTING HUMANISM Defending and protecting humanity and promoting humanism through genuine education are indispensable elements of the formation of future leaders in all fields of life, including politics, economics, finance, health, natural or social sciences, military and other fields of activity. The present mode of education has created in individuals an appreciation only for material gains, a lack of awareness of and respect for natural limits of the material world, and a belief that we are entirely separate and independent of others. This has resulted in a greater tendency to engage in selfish and violent activity inside of ourselves, between ourselves, between societies and between nations. Therefore, a new system of education is needed for a sustainable peace. In particular the Education for Total Consciousness system is endorsed by the Global Energy Parliament (See Appendix 2 and online at energy- parliament.net/images/etc_infopack_sm.pdf). 1. Strongly suggest implementation of the universal methodology of Education for Total Consciousness to governments in every country, as total education is the primary means to empower a new generation with scientific awareness of the interconnectedness of all life and matter and our essential nature; 2. Appeals to all national parliaments and governments to adopt laws, decrees and decisions, as may be appropriate and with due regard to national, cultural and religious diversity, to ensure the protection of humanity and promotion of humanism by implementing Education for Total Consciousness methodology in programs of general and professional education in all forms and at all levels; 3. Resolves to present this resolution to as many national parliaments, governments as possible, for their consideration and action; 4. Also resolves to present this resolution to the United Nations and its relevant agencies, in particular UNESCO and requests them to adopt decisions, facilitating the implementation of this resolution.

4. RESOLUTIONS ON THE ROLE OF HEALTHCARE IN A PEACEFUL SOCIETY An enormous health crisis threats faces humanity today through infectious diseases like Ebola, hepatitis and AIDS, but greater still from non- communicable diseases that stem from lifestyle choices and living conditions. Governments, healthcare industry and civil society can join hands to establish better conditions that will reduce mortality and suffering. A body in peace is a healthy body. Organized energy is health. All disease arises out of an energy imbalance, or disordered energy. Therefore the main duty of Healthcare is the patient s repossession of energy balance and peace. A number of conditions must be met in order to achieve this balance. Therefore, the Global Energy Parliament resolves to: 1. Endorse preventive health screening and education which maintains and effectively monitors human physical, emotional and intellectual energy as the major solution to health problems, rather than providing treatment after disease; 2. Endorse a comprehensive form of assessment and treatment, including allopathic medicine and integrated energy medicine, as necessary for a complete evaluation of patient energy and also eradication of disease; 3. Emphasize the governments role in promoting public health policies and programs relating to the maintenance of health / inner energy and treatment options available; 4. Request that governments play a larger role in cessation of lifestyle- related diseases relating to choices like tobacco and alcohol use, without promoting negative stereotypes; 5. Request that governments promote programs for patients suffering from terminal and chronic illness, and especially those which carry social stigma such as AIDS, to integrate these patients into society, and that this is a process of maintaining social energy equilibrium (i.e., peace); 6. Present these Resolutions before all national governments and international health organizations like World Health Organization and request them to adopt decisions, facilitating the implementation of this resolution. 5. RESOLUTIONS ON ENDING GENDER INIQUITY In context of the growing international call for gender equality and humane treatment of women and children in all spheres of society in times of peace and in times of war, we recognize that the intolerable proliferation of gender violence stems from a conceptual the difference between I and other, and lack of compassion and empathy for the suffering of the other.

Mass education is therefore necessary to correct this viewpoint with a scientific foundation explaining the fundamental sameness of the energy and Consciousness in I and the other. This type of education creates human beings with empathy, understanding, compassion, love and respect for all. 1. Condemn all forms of gender inequity and gender violence; 2. Promote education programs on the I theory in a social context, which educate men, women and children about a greater understanding of the fundamental sameness of every living being and all energy and matter, and an appreciation for the apparent differences which manifest as changes in energy patterns; 3. Promote service programs and activities to help individuals gain inner peace through selfless service, especially in offenders, so that such incidents can be minimized in the future. 6. RESOLUTION FOR PROMOTING GLOBAL I- CITIZENSHIP Feelings of separateness lead to conflict whereas feelings of oneness lead to peace; further, feelings of brotherhood and unity stem from a shared identity. Shared human identity, regardless of divisions like nation, race, gender or religion, should come in practice as well as thought. Therefore, the Global Energy Parliament resolves to: 1. Establish a global community as a harmonious living place for human beings regardless of national, cultural or other divisions; 2. Offer a Global I- Citizenship (in reference to the primary vibration which is irreducible and fundamental to this universe) as a commitment to oneness; 3. Require Global I- Citizens to participate in and support activities that promote the awareness of oneness, such as social service and charity activities; 4. Invite all nations to take Global I- Citizenship as well as offer citizenship any willing individual.
