As per paper read second above, EX Branch, Pareekshabhavan had sought clarification on the subject code, marks, semesterwise distribution of papers etc in the approved syllabus of LLM course implemented vide reference first above. As per paper read third above, the Chairman, Board of Studies in Law and Co-Ordinator, Dept of Law, University of Calicut, has clarified that 1) In the list of paper Group B- Criminal Law, ECB IV is to be read as Cyber Crimes instead of Seminar Course on Criminal Justice Administration in India; New Trends which is to be deleted. 2) Group-C, Elective paper ECCV is to be read as Patent Law, TRIPS Agreement and Access to Medicine. 3) The title of Group-E is to be corrected as Human Rights and Duties Education. Revised Scheme of Examinations and Pattern of question papers as per the Scheme of Examination are also forwarded. Sanction has therefore been accorded by the Vice Chancellor for effecting the modifications suggested by the Chairman, Board of Studies in Law and Co-ordinator, Dept of Law, University of Calicut in the LLM Syllabus approved for the PG Department of Law, University of Calicut.
