In this connection, Criminal compoundable offence, NI Act cases under Section 138, Bank Recovery cases, MACT cases, Matrimonial disputes, Labour disputes cases, L Acquisition cases, Electricity Water Bills (excluding theft cases); Service matters relating to pay allowances retiral benefits, Revenue cases, Other civil cases (rent, easmentary rights, injuction suits, specific performance suits) etc., other category of cases have been identified by the Registry for being posted before National Lok Adalat Notices to the respective parties have also been sent. 5 HIGH COURT, MADRAS : A.NAZIR AHAMED DATED : : SECRETARY HIGH COURT LEGAL SERVICES COMMITTEE ************ NOTIFICATION NO. 74 / 2017 NATIONAL LOK ADALAT ON (SATURDAY) NOTIFICATION FOR ENTRY PASS It is notified that the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court, Madras is organizing a National Lok Adalat in respect of various cases pending on the file of the High Court, Madras, to be presided over by the Hon ble Judges of the High Court, Madras on (Saturday). In this connection, it is informed that the litigants can enter the High Court premises through the Esplanade Gate to reach entry point located near the Court of Small Causes Building for getting Photo Identity entry passes at the Pass Issuance Counter which will be issued from 9.15 am., onwards enter the High Court Buildings.

6 All the advocates whose cases are listed for National Lok Adalat on are requested to intimate their respective clients to come through Esplanade Gate get necessary pass. A help desk near the Court Halls in the High Court building is also formed for assisting the general public.
