In that time I have served as a government Attorney, a solo practitioner and a member of a an international law firm. One of my strongest qualities is my vast experience. I have tried cases to jury verdict in both Federal and State Courts. Currently I hold an AV rating (highest rating offered) from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review. I have maintained that rating for the last 13 years. I love the practice of Law, I enjoy discussing, reading and learning from case study. I believe there are few candidates who see legalities as objectively as I can, this is a quality I have been told time and again by my mentors. The fact that I have been both a prosecutor and a defense attorney gives me the ability to look at a case from all sides. I am a strong believer in moving cases forward and willing to make a ruling. Briefed and argued motions involving the constitutionality of the Florida Medicaid Fraud Statute. I was the lead Prosecutor of Medicaid and Medicare fraud cases in both State and Federal courts. I also supervised the investigation and prosecution of nursing homes and elder abuse/exploitation matters.
