AMENDMENT) ACT, [Received the assent of the President on the 3rd November 1959, first published in the Fort St. George Gazette on the l lth November 1959 (Kartilta 20, 1881).] An Act further to amend the ndian Partnership Act, Z932, in its application to the 3[State of Tamil Nadu]. WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the ndian. Partnership Act, 1932 (Cential Act X of 1932), in its application to the 3[State of Tamil Nadu] for the purposes hereinafter appearing ; BE it enacted in the Tenth Year of the Republic of ndia :- 1. (1) This Act may be called the ndian Partnership short title (1LTamil Nad u] Amendment) Act, and extent.
