1 IN THE CIRCUIT COURT, SITH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PASCO AND PINELLAS COUNTIES, FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER PA/PI-CIR RE: COURT COSTS, ASSESSMENTS, SURCHARGES, AND FINES - AMENDMENT TWO The legislature has created a mandatory surcharge for a violation of section , Fla. Stat. (criminal use of personal identification information). As a result, Attachment C to Administrative Order needs to be updated. In addition, minor changes need to be made to several attachments to Administrative Order In accordance with Article V, 2, Florida Constitution, Rule of Judicial Administration 2.215, and 43.26, Florida Statutes, it is ORDERED: 1. Effective October 1, 2015, the Clerks of the Circuit Court are directed to substitute Attachments A-D in Administrative Order with the updated Attachments A-D adopted with this Administrative Order. 2. Deputy clerks will make updated Attachments A-D available to the presiding judge. effect.
