2 MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT THIS NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (this Agreement ) is made effective by and between hereinafter known as Planet, with a principal place of business at PO Box 116, Fulton, MO and (print full name), hereinafter known as Participant, with a principal address of: (city, state, zip) ( ) Planet and Participant are evaluating certain potential business relationships between them and in connection therewith each may have shared or wish to share certain Confidential Information (as defined below) with the other on the terms and conditions provided herein. For each piece of information made available hereunder, the party making such information available shall be referred to as Discloser and the other party as Recipient. In consideration of the promises contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, Planet and Participant agree as follows: 1. Confidential Information. Confidential Information as used in this Agreement shall mean any and all information, regardless of the form or manner in which it is disclosed, relating to Discloser s business, operations, plans, products, systems, and/or services, and/or to discussions, negotiations, and/or agreements between the parties, including, without limitation: a. proprietary information, technologies, know-how, processes, software and related documents, research, design details, specifications, and other information related to the current, future and proposed investments, products and services of Discloser, including the fact that Planet and Participant are discussing a potential relationship between the parties; b. analyses, projections, statistics, forecasts, and other financial and accounts information; c. information regarding investors and potential investors, investments and potential investments, customer lists and other customer information, sources of supply, sales, product, and marketing data and plans, business plans and models, vendor, joint venture relationships, pending or completed licensing agreements or proprietary travel content, website designs and content presentation or display and personnel and shareholder data; and d. any other confidential or proprietary information relating to Discloser s business or operations, or information designated as confidential, proprietary, or the like. 2. Obligations of Recipient. Recipient shall: a. use Confidential Information, including making any copies thereof, if needed (which shall be done only in a manner that preserves all confidentiality notices in full) solely for the purposes of evaluating a potential business relationship or transaction between the parties and/or of implementing such relationship or transaction following execution of a definitive agreement therefore. b. not disseminate or disclose any Confidential Information in any way to any third party, other than to its employees, agents, representatives and advisors ( Representatives ) that have a need to know such information and have agreed to be bound by the terms hereof, unless required by law or pursuant to a valid court order, in which case Recipient shall give Discloser reasonable notice prior to such disclosure and shall cooperate (at Discloser s expense) to assist Discloser in obtaining a protective order or equivalent. c. use the same degree of care to limit disclosure of Confidential Information as it uses to protect its own proprietary and confidential information, but in any event at least reasonable care. d. immediately give notice to Discloser of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information, and assist Discloser in remedying any such unauthorized use or disclosure. e. each Party agrees not to directly or indirectly contact, deal with transact, or otherwise be involved with any corporation, partnership, proprietorships, trust, individuals, or other entities introduced by either Party without the specific written permission of the introducing Party and further agrees not to directly or indirectly circumvent, avoid or bypass each other

3 regarding any renewals, corporation, partnerships, proprietorships, trusts, or other entities introduced by either Party. In addition each Party agrees not to disclose or otherwise reveal to any third Party the identities, addresses, numbers, facsimile numbers, addresses, telex numbers, bank codes, account numbers, financial reference, or any other entities introduced by either Party to the other without the specific written permission of the introducing Party. 3. Exclusions from Confidential Information. As used herein, Confidential Information does not include information that Recipient can demonstrate: a. was previously in Recipient's possession (in written or other recorded form) with no obligation to maintain confidentiality; Exclusions shall be immediately revealed to the Discloser by the Recipient upon disclosure of the Confidential Information. 4. Ownership of Confidential Information; Return of Property. All Confidential Information is and shall remain the property of Discloser, and no license or other rights to Confidential Information is granted or implied hereby. At the request of Discloser, Recipient shall promptly return all Confidential Information and related materials (including those generated internally by Recipient as described above) and any copies thereof, and permanently delete and destroy all Confidential Information stored digitally or electronically. 5. No Warranty. All Confidential Information is provided AS IS and without any warranty, express, implied or otherwise, regarding its accuracy or performance. No party shall have any liability hereunder resulting from the selection or content of any Confidential Information or the use thereof by the other party. 6. Term. This Agreement shall continue for a period of three (3) years from the date hereof and thereafter shall terminate except as provided herein. 7. Notices. Any notice required or permitted by this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed given as follows: (i) upon delivery when delivered personally; (ii) the next business day when delivered by overnight courier with written verification of receipt; (iii) upon delivery when sent by facsimile transmission with printed proof of electronic transmission; or (iv) three (3) business days following mailing by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested. Notices shall be sent to the parties respective addresses or fax numbers set forth herein, or such other address and/or number as that party may specify by notice. 8. Governing Law; Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the internal laws of the State of California, without giving effect to choice of law principles. The parties hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County for any matter arising from this Agreement. 9. Injunctive Relief. Recipient acknowledges that (i) a breach of any of the promises or agreements contained herein will result in irreparable and continuing damage to Discloser for which there will be no adequate remedy at law, and (ii) Discloser shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief and/or a decree for specific performance, and such other relief as may be proper (including monetary damages if appropriate). 10. Miscellaneous. a. Should any provisions of this Agreement be held by a court of law to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected or impaired thereby. b. The waiver by Discloser of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by Recipient shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach by Recipient.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof, supersedes all other agreements concerning Confidential Information, and can only be amended in writing signed by the parties. d. The parties are independent contractors, and no partnership, joint venture or other relationship is contemplated or created hereby. 5 IQD REDEMPTION FORM Here is a set of questions that will need to be answered and the documents required for the IQD redemption. Enter N/A for items that do not apply to you. What is the name of the city where the pickup needs to occur? Who is the contact to coordinate the pick up? Contact s cell phone How Much IQD is in total to be picked up? If the IQD is on pallets we need to know the number of pallets. **If none then skip this section. We need to know the exact dimensions of the IQD on the pallet. Height, Width, Length, Weight What is the footprint of the IQD on the pallet, i.e., does the IQD go to the edge of the pallet or does it set back on the pallet or is it center stacked?. If so, approximately what is the distance from the edge of the pallet to the IQD? We need to know so that we can determine if the pallets can be stacked. What is the form the dinar stands ready as far as packaging? Are the individual bricks of dinar shrink wrapped and then is the entire pallet of IQD covered & shrink wrapped? Does the pallet contain a RF chip?. This chip will allow a reader to read that the pallet. Has The IQD been counted and then wrapped and certified? (If any of the IQD is held in a bank and the owner can get their bank to issue a full bank responsible letter (SKR) of authenticity and certify the Amount of IQD, then the dinar may not have to be moved. They would just go and pick up the documents from the bank to deliver to the redemption bank if they have an acceptable SKR.) We need the following documentation from the owner submitted via with this questionnaire: 1. CIS of Owner (fill it out, sign, scan, attach) Sign this document in the white space at the bottom as your approval for the sale. 2. Copy of Passport (if held) OR the Driver s License of Owner OR other government issued photo identification (scan and attach) 3. Proof of Purchase (receipt) OR how the Dinar was acquired, as in: an Attorney Affidavit of ownership & Origin, OR Notarized Owner Affidavit stating Ownership & Origin (scan and attach) 4. Banking Details, for the Owner of The Dinar for payment by the redemption bank. (Wells Fargo Account is the Best) This will be on your CIS (Client Information Sheet) which will be scanned (see 1. Above) 5. Copy of one back and one front of a note, black and white or grey scale picture. (scan and attach) 6. Subject line on your shall read: FULTON BONANZA SUBMISSION: (NAME OF PERSON / TRUST / COMPANY) only. 7. copies of everything requested attached to ONE to: finaldocs@planetofdinar.com DO NOT SEND ANY OTHER ITEMS TO THIS ADDRESS. NOTES: Fill in this intake form, with the needed documents scanned and attached. The file goes directly to the personnel that are processing the file. The rate will not be quoted until the file is in, it will be higher than the public rate. They can take in any amount of IQDs. You will receive additional documents compiled and needing your signature after your file is processed. Later you will get a call to review your information and determine your preference for the redemption location nearest you. A second call will confirm your redemption location and appointment details. You will meet that appointment.
