(Signed by the President on 11 Apri/1995) BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of Namibia, as follows:- Repeal of laws. 1. (1) The laws specified in the First Schedule are hereby repealed. (2) The laws specified in the Second Schedule are hereby repealed to the extent set out in the third column of that Schedule. Short title. 2.
