1 ORDINANCE NO. C.S AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SPEED ZONES ON VARIOUS COUNTY ROADS THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF STANISLAUS ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section (35 miles-per-hour) of the Stanislaus County Code is hereby amended to add Subsection 98 (Colorado Avenue) and Subsection 99 (Glenwood Avenue) to read as "98. Colorado Avenue. On Colorado Avenue from its intersection with Taylor Road south to the corporate limits of the City of Turlock. "99. Glenwood Avenue. On Glenwood Avenue from its intersection with Walnut Avenue west to it's end. Section 2. Subsection 35 (Hawkeye Avenue) of Section (40 miles-per-hour) of the Stanislaus County Code is hereby amended to read as "35. Hawkeye Avenue. On Hawkeye, Avenue from its intersection thereof with Berkeley Avenue easterly to the intersection of Hawkeye Avenue with Waring kigad, excepting that portion lying within the corporate limits of the City of Turlock. Section 3. Section (40 miles-per-hour) of the Stanislaus County Code is hereby amended to add Subsection 75 (Tegner Road) to read as "75. Tegner Road. On Tegner Road from its intersection with Fulkerth Road north to its intersection with Monte Vista Avenue. Section 4. Section (45 miles-per-hour) of the Stanislaus County Code is hereby amended to repeal Subsection 64 (Colorado Avenue). Section 5. Section (45 miles-per-hour) of the Stanislaus County Code is hereby amended to add Subsection 124 (Monte Vista Avenue) and Subsection 125 (Milton Road) to read as 0P.D H- 8

On Milton Road from a point 1,320 feet south of its intersection with Dunton Road north to a point 1,320 feet north of its intersection with Dunton Road. Section 6. Subsection "I"(Monte Vista Avenue) of Section (50 miles-per-hour) to read as "I. Monte Vista Avenue. On Monte Vista Avenue from the intersection thereof with Quincy Road easterly to a point 1,650 feet west of the intersection of said Monte Vista Avenue and Lester Road. Section 7. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of 15 days after its passage, it shall be published once with the names of the members voting for and against the same in the Modesto Bee, a newspaper in the County of Stanislaus, State of California.
