1 TOWN OF HARRISON PARKING ORDINANCE Section I: AUTHORITY: This parking ordinance is adopted pursuant to 30-A M.R.S.A., Section II: PURPOSE: by ways. and is of this This ordinance is designed to protect public health and welfare regulating the parking of motor vehicles on certain public Unrestricted parking on public ways creates traffic hazards dangerous to pedestrians and motorists, and it is the purpose ordinance to reduce this danger.
