3 ACT OF INCORPORATION The Oak Hill Cemetery was created by an Act of the Legislature of the State of New York, Chapter 139 of the Laws of 1865, enacted March 17th, The Oak Hill Cemetery belongs to the plot owners. It is not a stock corporation, but a Not-for-profit corporation in which the interests of one are the interests of all. The estate, property, and affairs of the corporation are managed by nine (9) Trustees elected by the plot owners The Trustees of the Oak Hill Cemetery reserve the right, subject to the approval by the Cemetery Board of the State of New York, to amend the following Rules and Regulations, and to make such other Rules and Regulations as they may from time to time deem requisite and proper to secure and promote the general objectives of the Cemetery. DEFINITIONS [As used in the following Rules and Regulations] 1. The term "Cemetery" shall mean Oak Hill Cemetery 2. The term "Trustees" shall mean those persons duly elected in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of Oak Hill Cemetery granted by the State of New York. 3. The term "plot owner" or "plot owners" means any person having a lawful title to the use of a plot or part thereof in the Cemetery. 4. The term "Cemetery Authorities" means the Trustees of Oak Hill Cemetery, or the Superintendent of Oak Hill Cemetery when empowered by the Trustees. 5. The term "Superintendent" means the person selected and designated as such by the Trustees. 6. The term "Memorial" as used in these Rules and Regulations shall include monuments, mausoleum, memorial, marker, tomb in whole or in part above ground, or other structure on a single grave or plot. PURCHASE OF LOTS 1. Lots purchased in Oak Hill Cemetery are conveyed by Warranty Deed or by transfer of title upon the books of the Corporation upon receipt of the purchase price and are secured to the purchasers, their families and heirs, as a burial place forever, subject to such rules and regulations of the Cemetery which the Board of Trustees may from time to time make. The full purchase price must be paid before a deed will be issued or a burial permitted on the lot. 2. All lots in the Oak Hill Cemetery are sold in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of New York and shall not be used for any purpose other than as a burial place for dead human beings. 3. No lot in the Cemetery is sold until it has been surveyed and plotted, and the plot or plots have been approved by the Board of Trustees. 4. The grade of all lots is established when the ground is prepared for sale and no change will be permitted. 5. Oak Hill Cemetery will replace, with another of equal value, any purchased burial plot subsequently found to be unusable due to any natural or previously undiscovered underground obstacle TRANSFER OF LOTS 1. No transfer or assignment of any plot, or interest therein shall be made except as provided in Section 1513 (c) of the Not-for-profit Corporation Law. 2. No Transfer of assignment of any plot or interest therein will be recognized as valid by the Cemetery Authorities unless written evidence of same is filed with the Cemetery Authorities.

Before any burial shall have been made in any such lot, plot, or part thereof, or, if all the bodies therein shall have been lawfully removed, the lot owner may sell or convey such lot, plot, or part thereof subject to the prior approval of the New York State Cemetery Board. Such approval shall not be granted unless the owner of such lot, plot, or part thereof shall first have offered it to the Oak Hill Cemetery Corporation. 4. The Board of Trustees will not recognize as lot owners, persons whose names do not appear on its records. 5. Any lot owner may appoint a representative with power to act in all matters relating to such lot. Such authorization must be in writing filed with the Board of Trustees and will terminate with the death of the lot owner. 6. Interments in a lot are restricted to those entitled to burial therein according to the terms of Section 1512 of the Not-for-profit Corporation Law. Permission for burial of those not entitled to burial according to the said Section, must be filed with the Oak Hill Cemetery Corporation by the lot owner (s). 7. In case of the owners death, the Board of Trustees will recognize the rights of the surviving wife or husband and next of kin in so far as they are able to ascertain who such parties are, but shall not be responsible for errors committed, unless they are promptly notified of the death of the owner, and given a certificate showing who are the next of kin. 8. The rights to interment on a lot after the death of the owner are subject to the following order: A. The surviving spouse, wife or husband shall have first right. B. The original purchaser may at any time designate whom he wishes to have buried on the lot, which must be recorded on the books of the Cemetery. C. In case the purchaser does not make such designation during his lifetime, the heirs of said purchaser may, by an agreement in writing, duly signed by all of them, determine who shall have the right of burial upon said lot. D. In the event the original purchaser, or his heirs, shall not have arranged for such future burials, then the direct lineal descendants of such purchaser shall, in the order of their death, be entitled to interment thereon until the lot shall be filled. E. In case there are no lineal descendants, then the nearest of kin to the purchaser shall have the right to interment on the lot in the order of their death, until such lot shall be fully occupied. 9. Plot owners are not permitted to allow interments to be made in their plots for a remuneration. 10. Plot owners who desire to give the privilege for future interment to relatives or others without consideration, may file such instructions with the Board of Trustees in writing duly signed, and same will be recorded, subject to such changes as may be adopted from time to time by the Board of Trustees. III PERMANENT MAINTENANCE 1. All lots or graves sold in Oak Hill Cemetery have Permanent Maintenance included in the purchase price. 2. All graves in Oak Hill Cemetery, regardless of when purchased, are covered under Permanent Maintenance. 3. The income from the Permanent Maintenance Fund shall be used to cut the grass, fill any depressions, to resoil and resod when necessary, to keep all lots and all graves level and in good condition, to maintain paths and roads, and to do any other work or improvements which the Board of Trustees shall deem proper to beautify and maintain the cemetery. 4. Special Endowment Funds may be accepted for the sole purpose of maintenance of mausoleums, and for placing of trees or bushes on lots or flowers on graves, lots and in mausoleums on specified dates. IV SINGLE GRAVE DIVISIONS 1. Only one interment may be made in each grave in a single section. 2. Single graves are permitted one piece memorials only, with a maximum size of 2 ft. wide x 1 ft. deep x 2 ft. high. Infant grave memorial optional dimensions are 12" x 8" x 8". Children's memorial dimensions are 18" x 8" x 8". 3. All mounds, permanent plantings, and borders of any kind, are prohibited in this section. 4

5 V INTERMENTS 1. No interments will be made after 11:00 AM on Saturday, or after 3:00 PM Monday through Friday, or at any time on Sunday or Holidays except as provided for in N.Y.S. Cemetery Board Directives and Any interments commencing after 3:00 PM weekdays or 11:00 AM Saturday will be subject to an extra overtime charge, per hour or any part of an hour, as determined by the Cemetery Authorities. Sunday and holiday interments may be available, weather permitting, with payment of overtime charges prevalent at the time of interment, and subject to availability of workers. [Amended 5/10/2012] 2. All interments are required to be made by and under the supervision of the Cemetery Authorities. 3. Funerals upon entering the Cemetery shall be subject to the direction of the Cemetery Authorities. 4. Funeral directors ordering graves shall be responsible for payment of same before any burial therm. 5. Whenever arrangements are made for interments the Superintendent must have forty-eight (48) hours notice, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Such notice requirement may be waived at the option of Cemetery Authorities. 6. Before a grave is opened the Cemetery Authorities may require an authorization, in writing, signed by the lot owner or his duly authorized representative. No responsibility will be assumed by the Cemetery for orders given orally. 7. Only one interment is permitted in one grave in the single sections and certain other sections of the Cemetery. However, the burial of an infant in an already established grave, will be permitted under the following conditions: that the infant be no more than twelve (12) months old, and that the box required measure no more than thirty-six (36) inches in length, outside measurement. In all instances an approved vault or grave liner will be required. 8. Two interments are permitted in one grave in some sections where designated by cemetery authorities, provided notice of such intention is filed, in writing, with the Superintendent prior to the first interment. 9. One cremation may be placed in a grave with a regular interment, or one grave may be used for three (3) cremations only. Scattering cremains on graves, lots or on any other areas of the Cemetery will not be permitted. 10. All graves will be sodded or seeded to the same grade as surrounding lawn areas. 11. All fees and charges related to interments must be paid in advance. 12. In accordance with New York State Law, no interment will be permitted in the Cemetery, nor entombment in any mausoleum or crypt therein, unless the proper burial certificates and other information for the Cemetery records are furnished to the Superintendent showing the name and residence of the deceased, time and place of death, and any other pertinent information as required by Cemetery authorities. 13. The Cemetery will not be responsible for baskets, ribbons, etc., left at graves. Funeral flowers will be removed as soon as they become wilted or unsightly. Persons wishing to retain funeral baskets, etc., should remove same within forty-eight (48) hours after interment. The Superintendent should be notified if the family requests flowers to remain for a special occasion. The cemetery shall not be responsible for damage to flowers or plants caused by wild animals. 14. The cemetery recommends the use of concrete grave liners for all burials. For all in ground burials made in plots purchased after August 31, 2004, the use of cemetery approved concrete grave liners is required. 15. During extreme winter weather, an additional fee may be added to the interment charges to cover excavation of deeply frozen ground, or for graveside snow removal VI MAUSOLEUM ENTOMBMENTS 1. In all burials in crypts in the Cemetery the casket must be hermetically sealed or have a fire sealed outer case. 2. Unless an endowment has been received for maintenance of the mausoleum, an additional charge may be made for cleaning the interior in preparation for entombment. VII DISINTERMENTS or REMOVALS 1. Remains removed from other cities or cemeteries for reinterment in Oak Hill Cemetery must be accompanied by the proper removal and transport permits as prescribed by law.

6 2. Disinterment and removal permits issued by the Registrar in the District are required for all disinterments and removals within Oak Hill Cemetery provided there is compliance with all the provisions of Sec (e) of the Not-for-profit Corporation Law. 3. No disinterment in a lot or removal of a body will be allowed without the assent in writing of the surviving spouse or next of kin to the person whose body is to be disinterred or removed, as well as written permission of all others who may have a legal interest; including written permission from the owner of the lot, or in case of the owners death from the next of kin, or, if none, by the owners legal representative. 4. Approved type vaults are required by the Cemetery for any disinterred remains that are to be re-interred in another location in Oak Hill Cemetery, unless the condition of the original vault is such as to safely withstand proper handling and moving. 5. No disinterments or removals shall be made between May 1st and May 31st. VIII MEMORIALS - DEFINITIONS 1. The term "memorial", as used in these rules and regulations, is a general term covering "monuments", "headstones", "ledgers", "regulation markers", "flush markers", "tombs", in whole or in part above ground, or other structure on a single grave or plot. 2. The term "monument", as used in these rules and regulations, refers to a central or family memorial of granite, either monolithic or consisting of a base and die, erected in the center of a lot, or along the rear boundary line, or at a specified distance within said boundary line to correspond with other monuments in that section. 3. The term "headstone", as used in these rules and regulations refers to any upright memorial, other than a monument, which is used to mark the head end of a grave. 4. The term "regulation marker", as used in these rules and regulations, refers to a granite memorial whose dimensions are 24" x 12" x 8" (for children's graves optional dimensions are 16" x 8" x 8"). 5. The term "flush marker", as used in these rules and regulations, refers to a granite or bronze memorial whose dimensions should not exceed 24" x 12" x 4" (for children's graves optional dimensions are 18" x 8" x 4"), with sawed bottom, the upper surface of which, when installed, shall be at lawn level. 6. The term "duplicate", as used in these rules and regulations, applies only to matching those memorials within the same lot, and shall be interpreted to mean the matching of an existing memorial as to material, size, design, type and style of lettering. If original memorial is monolithic, the duplicate must also be monolithic. An exception is made for marble duplicates where incised lettering may be substituted for raised lettering. Another exception limits duplication to granite or marble. Concrete or other materials not approved by the Cemetery may not be used or duplicated. 7. Cemetery authorities shall have the right to reject any plan or design for memorials that, on account of size, design, kind or quality of stone, the cemetery deems is unsuited to the plot on which it is to be placed. 8. The term "non monument lot", as used in these rules and regulations, refers to a lot on which a "monument" is not permitted. 9. The term "monument lot", as used in these rules and regulations, refers to any lot sold with the privilege of erecting a "monument". IX MONUMENTS 1. "Monuments" are permitted only on those lots designated as "monument lots", and only one "monument" will be permitted on any such lot. 2. The height of a "monument" must not exceed four (4) feet, except on lots of two hundred square feet or more, when the height shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees. 3. Two grave lots are permitted one or two piece "monuments" with a maximum overall size of 4 feet x 16" x 4 feet. Foot stones will be permitted but must be set at lawn level. 4. The following lots are allowed "monuments" not to exceed base length of 4' for a two grave lot, 5' for a three grave lot, 6' for a 4 grave lot, 6' for a 5 grave lot, and 7' for a 6 grave lot.

7 5. Where the graves are individually marked only one "memorial" per grave space will be allowed, and this may not exceed 2' x 1' x 1'6". The material, size, design, type, and style of lettering must be the same for all markers. 6. Where there is a central monument and markers, the markers must be placed at the end of the grave furthest from the monument, and at lawn level. 7. No "monument" hereafter erected may rest on any grave or part thereof, nor will a monument be permitted on a lot where a headstone has been placed or where regulation markers are other than flush markers. 8. Size and design of "monuments" for feature lots cannot be covered by any general rules and regulations, and such cases will receive special consideration by the Board of Trustees. X HEADSTONES - FOOTSTONES - REGULATION MARKERS - FLUSH MARKERS 1. Only one "headstone" or "regulation marker" may be placed on a grave space. "Flush markers" may be used where two or more interments are made in the same grave space. 2. Headstones are permitted only for duplicating such "headstones" as have already been placed on a lot. 3. "Ledgers" are permitted only for matching such "ledgers" as have already been placed on a lot. 4. Foot stones are allowed in all sections but must be of the flush or grass marker type, not larger than 24" x 12" x 4", and with incised lettering. No raised lettering will be permitted on foot stones. XI MAUSOLEUMS - LAWN CRYPTS 1. Certain lots are sold with special privileges of erecting thereon mausoleums, lawn crypts or other types of structures designed for entombment and shall be used for no other purposes, and are subject to the rules and regulations of the Cemetery. On such lots no other structure, object or objects, or "memorials", may be placed, except for flush markers. 2. Only granite of approved quality will be permitted. 3. No mausoleum, lawn crypt or other structure may be erected within five (5) feet of any lot boundary without Cemetery approval.. 4. All plans, specifications and position on the lot for any mausoleum, lawn crypt or other structure must be submitted in duplicate for the approval of the Board of Trustees. 5. IMPORTANT! No mausoleum, lawn crypt or other structure shall be erected unless a Special Endowment Fund for maintenance of such structure is established prior to construction. The amount of such Special Endowment Fund shall be determined by the Board of Trustees, but shall be not less than 10% of the total cost of the structure. 6. Immediately upon the completion of any mausoleum, two keys to each lock on or in said mausoleum, must be deposited in the Cemetery offices, to remain permanently in the custody of the Cemetery. XII MEMORIALS - GENERAL 1. While a funeral or interment is being conducted, all work being performed which is near enough to disturb, either by noise or otherwise, shall cease. 2. No markers or monuments will be permitted which utilize colors other than those of natural stone. The use of bronze is approved for flush markers and for tablets when attached to memorials of natural stone, and purchased from an approved memorial dealer. No metallic monuments or grave markers will be allowed except bronze on stone pedestals. No wooden monuments or grave markers will be allowed. Temporary markers may be placed by the Grand Army of the Republic, American Legion, Sons of the American Revolution, Daughters of the American Revolution, and other similar organizations. These may be removed by the Cemetery authorities when they become broken or rusted or otherwise become unsightly. 3. In all sections where lot owners do not wish to duplicate existing "headstones" or other "memorials", flush markers may be used. 4. On monument lots only "flush markers" may be used to mark individual graves

8 5. Permits are required for all memorial work within the Cemetery. A copy of the current regulations and fees pertaining to memorials will be furnished upon request. 6. Memorial dealers shall be required to furnish to the Cemetery, for approval, before erection, a blue print or sketch of the proposed memorial, specifying size, location on the plot, inscription, quality and kind of stone, and authorization signed by the plot owner. Upon approval of the application and the payment of the foundation charge, a permit will be issued. 7. The location of any "memorial" with reference to several boundary lines of any lot must be approved by the Superintendent and will be set on a uniform line. 8. "Regulation markers" or "flush markers", if properly placed, may be delivered to grave sites in advance of foundation construction. Other memorials may not be delivered until foundations have been completed. 9. The Board of Trustees have no wish to interfere with individual taste in the construction of "monuments" or other "memorials". However, a permit is required and application must be submitted before erection of any structure will be permitted. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to prohibit the erection of any structure, and to remove anything that the Board of Trustees does not consider desirable in the Cemetery. Due notice of such action shall be given to the plot owner before final action is taken. 10. Advertising matter, or any other thing that misrepresents or is objectionable on any "memorial", will not be permitted and shall be subject to removal by cemetery authorities. 11. Photographing of a memorial by any person other than the owner of the lot, or a State Official, shall not be allowed except on written authorization of the plot owner or the Cemetery Authorities. 12. No advertising of any description or for any purpose shall be permitted within the Cemetery grounds All "memorial" work must be designed and executed as to provide the most permanent construction. 14. Persons engaged in erecting "memorials" or other structures are prohibited from attaching ropes to trees, shrubs or other objects. 15. All worlcmen employed in the erection and construction of Mausoleums or other "memorials", are subject to the control and direction of the Cemetery Authorities. 16. All construction materials and tools brought into the Cemetery must be delivered from driveways to plots on planking or other suitable material to avoid damage to lawns. Any surplus materials or debris must be removed. 17. To prevent the obstruction of drives or pathways, delivery of "memorial" material and apparatus will not be permitted until required for immediate use. 18. Lettering or sandblasting a "memorial" on the Cemetery property, or temporary removal of a "memorial" from the cemetery for shop work, will be permitted only by written permission from the lot owner, or in case of owners death, by the next of kin, or if none, by the owners legal representative. 19. No "memorial" may be removed from its foundation without the consent of the Oak Hill Cemetery authorities. Applications for removal shall be signed by the lot owner, or if deceased, by his next of kin or heirs and by the purchaser of the "memorial" or the next of kin or heirs of the person whose "memorial" is desired to be removed, setting forth the reasons and purpose of said removal. 20. Except for temporary removals, no "memorial" may be removed by any memorial dealer or contractor, or by any other person, except by due process of law. 21. When a "memorial" is permanently removed the foundation must be cut down, the opening filled with top soil and the sod restored at the expense of the person removing the "memorial". 22. No "memorials" may be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays, or on the day preceding Memorial Day, nor will sandblasting or lettering of memorials be permitted on those days. On all other days memorial dealers and other contractors must be out of the Cemetery by four-thirty (4:30) P.M.

9 23. Memorial dealers are held responsible for damage to lots, lawns, and driveways, and any damage must be repaired at the expense of such contractor. 24. The delivery and installation of "memorials" will not be allowed when lawn surfaces are wet and soft, or when the ground is snow covered. 25. The Cemetery Authorities reserve the right to stop all memorial construction and other related work between December 1st and March 1st. 26. The Cemetery at its expense may without liability correct any error that may occur in the placing of a memorial foundation. 27. All memorial work must be set with the supervision of the Superintendent, and all memorial work must be accompanied by the proper permits. XIII MEMORIAL FOUNDATIONS 1. Concrete foundations are required for all "memorials" and will be constructed by the Cemetery. Foundations must be paid for when ordered. Temporary foundations are required for pre-need "memorials" in certain sections where there is no off grave space, even though such temporary "memorials" and foundations must be moved for future grave openings. 2. Orders for foundations will be accepted only on foundations order forms furnished by the Cemetery, and must be signed by the memorial dealer and the lot owner or his legal representative. If the lot owner is deceased, the signature or signatures of next of kin will be required. 3. To avoid misunderstanding and possible rejection of "memorials", a sketch of the proposed "memorial" must be attached to or drawn on the reverse side of the foundation order form. All materials must be specified. 4. For all foundations the minimum depth shall be to the depth of the lowest interment. 5. Where the construction of a form is required for a foundation, an extra charge per cubic foot will be made. 6. All foundations shall be constructed by the Cemetery and will be finished one (1) inch below lawn level at the lowest point. No foundation or part thereof will be permitted to show above lawn level. 7. Foundations are made the same size as the base of the "memorial". An exception is made for the foundations for a children's "memorial," which is larger than the memorial. 8. No foundation will be constructed between December 1st and March 1st, unless weather permits. The cemetery shall have the final word regarding this section. XIV IMPROVEMENT AND CARE OF LOTS 1. Owners may have extra work done upon their lots by giving a work order in person or by mail to the Superintendent, who will give prompt and careful attention to all work orders, for which a reasonable charge will be made. These work orders may be made continuous and will receive careful attention each season until countermanded. Payment is to be made in advance for all such work ordered. 2. The planting of trees, bushes, ivy or other ground cover in the ground on graves or lots will not be permitted. 3. Artificial decorations, flowers, wreaths, blankets, etc., will be permitted only between November 1st and March 1st, and will be removed by the Cemetery during spring cleanup. 4. During the grass mowing season (April 15th to October 31st), in the interest of safety, fresh flowers will only be permitted in approved containers. Tin cans, glass jars, and other breakable containers may not be used. Empty containers or those containing withered flowers will be removed by the Cemetery. 5. Living plants in containers (pots, boxes and artificial decorations, etc.) are permitted to be placed on graves or lots within seven (7) days before Easter, memorial Day, Mothers Day and Fathers Day. All such decorations must be removed within seven (7) days after said days, or they will be removed by the Cemetery thereafter. 9

10 6. Receptacles are placed at convenient locations for waste paper, dead flowers, etc. Help keep the Cemetery clean by using them. These receptacles are not for household waste. 7. The use of pins, wire or other objects to hold plants in containers or on graves will not be permitted between March 1st and November 1st., as they would constitute a danger to clean up crews. 8. Corner markers or posts will not be permitted except for the flush type corner markers installed by the Cemetery. 9. No object of any kind may be placed on any grave or plot unless approved by cemetery authorities. SEE CEMETERY SUPERINTENDENT. When unauthorized items are found, plot owners, whenever possible, will be notified by first class mail. Items will be removed and held for thirty days. All previously permitted items will be allowed to remain, but if removed for any reason may not be replaced without authorization.. [adopted 10 May 2012] 10. Copings, enclosures or ditches around burial lots will not be allowed, nor the erection thereon of anything injurious to the immediate locality, or detrimental to the general appearance of the Cemetery. All violations of this section will be corrected by Cemetery Authorities when they are found. 11. If either any trees or shrubs situated on any lot shall, by means of their roots, branches, or otherwise, become detrimental to the adjacent lots or avenues, or otherwise become unsightly or inconvenient to the public or adjoining lot owners, it shall be the duty of the Cemetery Authorities, and they shall have the right, by their proper offices, after ample notification to the lot owner or owners where possible, to enter upon said lot and remove the said trees or shrubs, or such parts thereof as are detrimental, unsightly or inconvenient. 12. If any structure upon any lot shall, by the neglect of the owner become unsightly, it shall be the duty of the Cemetery Authorities, and they shall have the right by their proper offices, after ample notification to the lot owner or owners where possible, to enter upon said lot and to either repair the structure, or put the lot or structure in proper order. XV VETERANS MARKERS 1. Oak Hill Cemetery and the Cemetery Superintendent will not accept delivery by common carrier [U.S.P.S., Fed-X, UPS, etc.] of any US Department of Veterans Affairs supplied Veterans Grave Markers. These must be delivered to the cemetery by a funeral director, family member, or other designated representative, during normal business hours, as shown below. All such Veterans Grave Markers, when delivered to Oak Hill Cemetery, must be accompanied by a check or money order sufficient to cover the installation and footing charges, unless those charges have been prepaid. Oak Hill Cemetery officials will not complete or sign blocks #19 through #23 on the Department of Veterans Affairs grave marker application form. [VA Form ] XVI GENERAL RULES 1. The Cemetery Office, located in the residence of the Superintendent on the Cemetery grounds is open for the convenience of plot owners from 9:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 A.M. through Noon on Saturday. Sunday and Holiday hours are by appointment only. 2. Plot owners, their families and friends are welcome as visitors at anytime during daylight hours. Visitors are expected to govern their visits accordingly, and to observe rules of depor tinent in keeping with Cemetery requirements. 3. All improper persons and all those known to have wantonly violated any of the rules and regulations of the Cemetery will not be permitted to enter the grounds. 4. When snow and ice make the roads dangerous the Superintendent may declare the Cemetery temporarily closed. 5. Visitors must keep on the avenues or walks, and not pluck flowers or injure any plants, shrubs or trees, nor remove anything from the grounds which does not belong to them. 6. Strangers are requested not to approach a grave during interment service. 7. Persons with picnic lunches, refreshments, beer or other intoxicating beverages, will not be permitted in the Cemetery, except under the approval of cemetery authorities, and when detected will be asked to leave the grounds. 8. Lot owners and visitors are requested not to offer money to employees in return for favors. 10

11 9. Anyone found in the Cemetery after dark will be considered a trespasser, and will have to deal with the Police. All trespassers may face criminal charges. 10. The speed limit within the cemetery for automobiles and other vehicles shall be ten (10) miles per hour. 11. Driving over or parking on graves, lawns or grass areas is prohibited. 12. Bicycles, motor bicycles or motor scooters will not be permitted to enter the Cemetery grounds. The same shall apply to any All Terrain Vehicle [ATV] or other motorized recreational vehicle. 13. Sledding, coasting, skiing, tobogganing, snow boarding, or any other related winter activity is prohibited. 14. Dogs will not be permitted to enter the Cemetery grounds unless kept in cars. Dog walking, whether leashed or unleashed, will not be permitted. Persons found on Cemetery grounds with dogs will be asked to leave. 15. Children will not be admitted except under adult supervision. Children must not be allowed to run over or play on memorials, graves or plots. 16. The soliciting of orders for "memorials" or any other work or services, will not be allowed in the Cemetery. 17. The Cemetery shall not be responsible for damages to "memorials", "mausoleums", or other property arising from acts of vandalism or acts of God. 18. IMPORTANT! Orders or messages received by telephone are received at the risk of the sender. All such telephone messages should be confirmed in writing by mail or personal delivery. 19. The Cemetery Authorities will in no case be responsible for articles or personal property stolen from or left on the Cemetery grounds. If a loss occurs it should be reported at once and the Cemetery Authorities will do whatever possible to recover such lost or stolen property. 20. Small flags are permitted when placed in brass or other permanent metal flag holders and attached to or placed immediately in front of upright memorial stones. Flags may not be placed in grass areas or stuck in the ground. All improperly placed flags, of any type, will be removed to enable grounds maintenance. Faded, torn, or otherwise unsightly flags, of all types, will be removed at the discretion of the cemetery authorities. All flags will be removed and discarded during spring cleanup. All flags so removed will be disposed of in a manner appropriate to flag etiquette. 21. The Cemetery, with the written consent of the lot owner or owners, shall have the right to correct any errors that may be made by it either in making interments, disinterments or removals, or in the description, transfer or conveyance of any interment property, either by canceling such conveyance and substituting any conveyance in lieu thereof for other interment property of equal value and similar location as far as possible, or as may be selected by the Management, or, in the sole discretion of the Management by refimding the amount of money paid on account of said purchase, in compliance with New York State Cemetery Law. In the event such error shall involve the interment of the remains of any person in such property, the Cemetery, with the written consent of the lot owner or lot owners, surviving spouse, adult children or parents, shall have the right to remove or transfer such remains so interred to such other property of equal value and similar location as may be substituted and conveyed in lieu thereof. 22. Any parade, assemblage of persons, or procession on cemetery grounds, other than fimerals, except with written permission of the Superintendent, are prohibited. 23. Hunting and Trapping, by any means, for any wild animal, is prohibited on Cemetery Property. The Cemetery Authorities reserve the right to authorize the removal of animals which become hazardous, or harmful to cemetery property. XVII PENALTIES 1. Any person who violates any section of the Rules and Regulations of the Oak Hill Cemetery may be expelled therefrom by the Cemetery Authorities.
