6 Plaintiffs' ex parte application for a temporary restraining order and order to show cause why a preliminary injunction should not issue was heard in Department 40 of this court, the Honorable Jeffrey K. Hamilton, presiding Appearances were as follows: Sean A. Brady and Alma M. Bm'vir of the Michel & Associates, P.e. law film appeared on behalf of plaintiffs. Jeffrey A. Having read the application and opposition papers filed by the parties, and having heard argument of counsel, the Court finds that plaintiffs have failed to meet their burden to offer evidence showing that plaintiffs will suffer in-eparable harm if defendants are not enjoined as requested by plaintiffs during the pendency of the litigation of plaintiffs' claims on the merits.
