3 ESTABLISHED RATES Interpreters Court provides interpreter services in the courtroom. Other interpreter services must be pre-approved by the Court, and counsel must arrange services through Court Administration (rate not listed in A.O. or on the website) Process servers In county: Maximum per service or attempts $25.00 Out of county or for expedited service Maximum per service or attempts $30.00 Rates in excess of established rates require written court authorization Established Rates For Investigative Services Provided On or After July 1, 2010 Note: A court order is required.
