1 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST PERFECT SHAPE by BOLLINGER Article 1 By entering the Perfect Shape contest (here in after referred to as the Contest ), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ( Terms and Conditions ) and consent to the collection, use and storage of your information. Promotional materials relating to the Contest, including all information about how to enter the Contest, also form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in the abovementioned promotional materials and in these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, and to cancel or halt the Contest at any time, with or without prior notice.

2 Article 4 The Perfect shape by Bollinger Contest ( The Contest ) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, excluding Utah, who are of legal age (twenty one [21] years or older in the United States, according to the legal age : 18, 19 and 21 years old) and legal residents located in all other countries who are physically located in one of the following countries: Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Benin, Bermuda, Brazil, British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burma, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, China, Colombia, Congo, Costa Rica, Ivory Coast, Croatia, Curaçao, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Estonia, Finland, F r a n c e, Germany, Ghana, Grand Cayman, Great Britain, Greece, Grenada, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands Antilles, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Panama, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Republic of Haiti, Romania, Russian Federation, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Kitts, Saint Lucia, Saint Martin, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Senegal, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, The Netherlands, Togo, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Turks and Caicos Islands, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Venezuela,Vietnam. Article 5 The Contest begins on November 8th at 00:00 AM (Paris time) and ends on November 24 th at 23:59 PM (Paris time). The Contest will be hosted on the CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER International Facebook Page and at the following URL address: (the International Facebook Page). The Contest is accessible on the Facebook platform, but under no circumstances will Facebook be held responsible in the event of litigation related to the Contest. Facebook is neither an organizer nor sponsor of the operation. The personal data collected during the Game are

3 for CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER. In addition, the Game is not associated with, or managed or sponsored by Facebook. Article 6 No entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this Contest. During the Entry Period, you may enter the contest via Facebook: access the CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER International Facebook Page at To enter the Contest, participants must: - Respect the entirety of this Regulation - Be 18 or older - Have an active Facebook account - Log in to their account on - Go to the official Champagne Bollinger fan page at - Click on the Contest tab - Click on the «Play» tab - Play to the puzzle - Fill in the form completely (first name, last name, address, and date of birth) - Accept the Terms & Conditions - Click on «Send» The winners will be selected at random, if the form has been completed and if they are 18 years or older. Participants are free to enter the Contest whenever they want and to withdraw from it whenever they want. Entries submitted by any other means than those described in these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER will check for fraudulent entries when the Contest ends.

4 The drawing will be held within seven (7) days following the date of the end of the Contest, and will include all valid participants. 10 winners will be designated and contacted by the Company within 10 days (starting from the day of the drawing). The winners will be contacted by . Only one participant per home (same name, same address) and/or address is allowed. If any anomaly is spotted (wrong or incomplete contact details, person younger than 18 years old), the entry won t be taken into consideration. The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the Terms & Conditions if fraudulent entries are detected. From the fifth to the tenth prize : The book Life Can Be Perfect. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. There is no cash alternative to t h e prize in whole or in part. In the event of a prize being unavailable for any reason, CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER retains the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. By taking part in the Contest, participants agree that prizes are awarded on an as is basis, and that neither CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER nor any of its subsidiaries or affiliated companies make any representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the prizes. Article 8 CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER will draw the winner seven days following the Contest closing date, on Friday, the 1 st of December The winner will receive an on December 1st 2017 or shortly thereafter. No more entries will be accepted after the Contest closing date (November 24 th at 23h59 PM). Where Entries are judged on subjective criteria, CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER reserves the right to set or amend

Article 10 By entering the Contest, participants agree to have their Facebook account name featured in publicity materials relating to the Contest and to participate in promotional activities, including, but not limited to, being featured in a photograph/article relating to the Contest, without further reference, payment or other compensation. Article 11 CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER will collect and process participants personal information in order to conduct the Contest and this information will be shared with CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER s agents to the extent necessary for the prizes to be delivered to the prize winners. Article 12 CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes i t i s n o t possible to conduct the Contest as specified within these Terms and Conditions. Reasons for this may include, but are not limited to, a virus, a computer bug, an unauthorized

7 human intervention or any other cause that might corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Contest. CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER is not responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its control. Article 13 CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment resulting from participants entry into the Contest or their acceptance and/or use of a prize, or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit their ability to participate in the Contest. CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged, defaced, incomplete, illegible or otherwise unreadable entries. Proof of submission of any entry is not proof of receipt by CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER. Article 14 Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Contest in a manner which, in CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER s reasonable determination, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or is by its nature unfair with regard to other participants (including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the Contest, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER) may be suspended or disqualified from the Contest at CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER s sole discretion and without prior notice. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Contest, CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, add further stages to the Contest as it may deem reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising from such actions. Article 15 All decisions taken by CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER in relation to the Contest are final and CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER is not required to enter into any correspondence with participants. No message, whether written or electronic, will be sent to non-winning participants. Article 16 The production, representation or use in any way of all or part

8 of the elements relating directly or indirectly to the Contest shall be strictly prohibited. All trademarks, logos and any other intellectual property rights are and shall remain the property of their respective owners. Any unauthorized reproduction or representation of such brands, logotypes and trademarks may constitute acts of counterfeiting and may be punishable by criminal penalties. The Terms and Conditions may be sent by mail free of charge to any person who requests them in writing from CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER and may be consulted and downloaded on the CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER Facebook Page at the following URL address: at any time during the contest. Article 17 Entry into the Contest will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Article 18 Except where prohibited, participants agree that: any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorney s fees; under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and participants hereby waive all rights to claim indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and participants waive all rights to trial by jury. Eligible participants understand and agree that they are providing their information to CHAMPAGNE BOLLINGER and not to Facebook. By entering this Contest, each eligible participant releases Facebook from any action or claim arising out of the Contest.
