DECISION I have today decided to disclose the located information to you in full. The MPS does not hold Conviction data and is unable to provide information to answer question 5. Conviction data is held by the Ministry of Justice (MOJ). The Metropolitan Police Service is working hard to bring offenders to justice and together with the on-line community, encouraging internet safety and the reporting of cyber revenge type crimes. We take all forms of harassment seriously and encourages all victims to come forward and report to police as soon as possible.
