The training course will be more interactive and will have more of a classroom style. It will focus on practical advice for dealing with patentable inventions, disclosure issues, drafting pitfalls, patent prosecution work, appeals, patent litigation, oral proceedings at the EPO and the basic concepts of the UPC.
