1 SF VIDEO CONTEST RULES 1. Only Santa Fe College ( SF ) students are eligible to participate. 2. Student must be currently enrolled and in good standing at time of video submission. 3. Student must be currently enrolled and in good standing at time of award. 4. Through this online contest, a) students submit a video :15 :30 or :60 seconds in length on the what Santa Fe College No 1 in the Nation! means to them. b) panel of judges reviews each submission, and, if approved, c) participants compete to garner crowd support (likes/votes) d) Top 10 Finalists comprised from submissions with the highest votes as well as critics choice videos will be moved forward for a final round of voting by a panel of SF judges. 5. Prizes: see Prize Description, Award, and Prize Distribution below. The video must be in compliance with all laws, regulations and policies governing content and taste (at the sole discretion of SF). The video must contain English language dialogue, narration, or subtitles. The video must not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation. The video must not be pornographic, libelous, slanderous or defamatory in nature. The video must be completed and submitted before 11:59pm EST on 4/17/2016 to be considered for the prize. PRIZE DESCRIPTION Prizes: 1 st place: $500, 2 nd place: $300, 3 rd place: $200 will be awarded to the participants whose videos have been selected by a panel of judges. HOW TO PARTICIPATE There is no fee to participate. Only one (1) submission per student. To enter, submit your VIDEO through the designated SF contest page. Complete all mandatory fields and submit your entry.

Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook. NOTE ON GAMING / INELIGIBLE VOTING METHODS: Any attempt to tamper with the submission or voting process, interfere with these terms, deliberately damage the website or undermine the administration, security or legitimate operation of the contest, may result in disqualifying applicants from this and future Contests. For further clarity, Prohibited Acts include, without limitation: 1. use of automated equipment. The use of any automated equipment to participate in this Contest is prohibited. 2. use of invalid voting procurement methods the use of vote acquisition or vote exchange platforms is prohibited. AWARD Prize Winners will be announced on August 19, 2016 If your video is selected as a winner and if, after evaluation for eligibility against the aforementioned criteria you are deemed eligible, you will receive an advising you of the Contest results. VOTING The public Voting Window begins on the first day of the Contest and ends on the final day of the Contest. SELECTION PROCESS OF WINNING VIDEO All videos accepted for submission by a panel of judges become eligible to win the contest. Submissions will be accepted based on message, quality, and execution. The public votes/likes and critics choice selections will determine the finalists.

3 PRIZE DISTRIBUTION Winners will be notified via e-santa Fe. Prize funds will be released within two weeks of announcement. Prize Winner will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the prize. Prize Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes due on Prize. GENERAL CONDITIONS All decisions with respect to all aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding. All entrants agree to abide by all of the instructions and decisions of SF. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Contest Rules or any decision rendered by SF, the decision or interpretation of SF shall prevail. SF reserves the right, but does not have the obligation, to verify all submissions. Any attempt to commit fraud or plagiarism or to tamper with the entry process, interfere with these Terms, deliberately damage the Website or any website or undermine the administration, security or legitimate operation of the Contest, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and SF reserves the right, but does not have the obligation, to seek damages and/or other relief from all persons responsible for such acts to the fullest extent permitted by law, which may include banning or disqualifying participants from this and future SF Contests, referral to the Student Conduct Officer under the Student Conduct Code, and reporting to law enforcement. Refusal of a Prize. The refusal by a potential or declared recipient of a Prize to accept the Prize awarded in accordance with the Terms shall be in writing and shall constitute a full release and discharge of the Releasees from any and all obligations related to the Prize. Release. By entering the Contest, each entrant automatically, forever releases, holds harmless, and indemnifies The District Board of Trustees of Santa Fe College, Florida, its trustees, employees, officers, heirs, representatives, and agents and its affiliated or related contractors and

4 service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, heirs, agents and representatives and any other person or entity associated in any way with the Contest (collectively, the "Releasees"), from any and all obligations and all liability arising in any manner related to or arising from their participation in the Contest, including without limitation the Contest, the Prize, the selection of any Prize Winners, the administration of the Contest, and the acceptance or the use of any or all of the Prizes as awarded. Limitation of Liability. The Releasees are not liable for faulty computer components, software, or links; the loss or non-existence of communications capability; or faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased computer or network transmissions that make it difficult, or render a user unable, to use the Website or any Website feature, howsoever caused, the malfunction of, or damage caused to, any telephone or network or lines, computer equipment, data or software, online systems, servers or access providers; or the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks; or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third party computer "hackers". The Releasees are not liable for any harm suffered directly or indirectly as a result of downloading any Web page or software or transmitting any information related to entry in the Contest. Further, the Releasees assume no responsibility for entries lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected. The Releasees do not guarantee access to or noninterruption of the Website during the Contest or that it will be free of any errors. Ownership Rights and Consent. Participants will retain the ownership rights to their videos but will provide a non-exclusive, unlimited license to SF to use the videos without cost in perpetuity. By entering the Contest, the Participant consents to the use of his or her Video, name, city of residence, voice, photograph, video, statements and/or likeness, without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law, in any publicity or advertising in any medium

5 for publicity purposes throughout the world in perpetuity carried by or on behalf of SF, its agencies and affiliates. Modification. SF reserves the right, at its sole discretion, at any time, for any reason, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and future Contests, in whole or in part, including in the case of the occurrence of an event, an error or any human intervention that could corrupt or affect the administration of the Contest as provided in these Terms. In such case, it is possible that no prizes will be awarded, which will create no liability or claim for damages against Releasees. Impossibility to act due to Force Majeure. The Releasees shall not be responsible for any damages for a failure to operate the Contest in accordance with these Terms in any case where their incapacity to act results from circumstances or a situation beyond their reasonable control or because of a strike, lock-out or any other labor dispute in their company or those of businesses which services are used for holding this Contest, war, riot, insurrection, earthquake, terrorism, civil commotion, fire, flood, accident, storm or any other act of nature. Jurisdiction. This Contest is governed by Florida law and is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. If any provision of these Contest Rules or the application thereof to any person or circumstance shall, to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Contest Rules, or the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby and each provision of these Contest Rules shall be valid and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and be independent of every other provision of these Contest Rules.
