3 Original Environmental Protection Order: December 3, 2010, Respondent, Her Majesty Queen in Right of, as On by Minister of Environment ( " Environment and Water") Represented an Environmental Protection Order No. EPO-2010/58-SR ( "EPO") affecting issued municipally described as 6336 Bowness Road NW, Calgary ( "Site").
