Civil Procedure readings and readings are listed separately but are both due on the days indicated. Due dates and reading assignments may be changed if necessary; this syllabus will be updated accordingly. Please note that this document does not give the deadlines or reading assignments for your Monday Research and Citation workshops. For your Thursday Morning assignments and readings, you will need to consult the document Research & Citation Syllabus (Distributed before class on 8/21/14). MAJOR DATES AND DEADLINES 1.
