1 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF WHITCHURCH-STOUFFVILLE BY-LAW NUMBER Z0 BEING A BY-LAW to amend By-law No of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (General Zoning By-law) NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORA '"ION OF THE TOWN OF WHITCHURCH-STOUFFVILLE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT By-law No is hereby amended as follows: (a) By amending Schedule "A", Map 9 to show thereon the area delineated as "Change Area" on Schedule 1 to this By-law as Industrial Light designated by the symbols IL (b) By adding to Section 18 thereof Exception 18.7(00) as set out on Schedule 2 to this By-law. 2. AND THAT this By-law shall come into force in accordance with Section 34 of the Planning Act. Parking Requirements The minimum requirements and where applicable the maximum permitted parking shall be as follows: Automotive sales and service uses 4 parking spaces for each repair bay, stationary car wash bay or detailing bay, plus 5 parking spaces for each 1DDm2 of GFA, exclusive of repair bays Bowling alley 4 parking spaces for each lane, plus for a restaurant, 1 parking space for each 4 persons seating capacity or 11 parking spaces for each m 2 of GFA, whichever i~ greater i Commercial school Curling rink 5 parking spaces for each 1 DDm" GFA.4 parking spaces for each ice sheet, plus for a restaurant, 1 parking space for each 4 persons seating capacity or 11 spaces for each m 2 of GFA, whichever is greater. 5 The minimum number of Joading spaces shall be in accordance with the following: Required Loading space Multiple Unit Commercial or Industrial Buildings 1 small loading space per unit Retail stores, shopping centres, restaurants, personal service establishments, service establishments, 'offices, places of entertainment, long term care facilities,, utilities, schools or similar IJses, and all industrial and manufacturing uses: i) up to 450 m 2 of GFA no loading space ii) iii) iv) 450 m 2 to 950 m 2 of GFA 951 m 2 to 2,400 m 2 of GFA 2,401 m 2 to 7,500 m 2 of GFA 1 small loading space 2 large loading spaces 3 large loading spaces v) 7,501 m 2 to 9,000 ;"2 of GFA 4 large loading spaces vi) over 9,000 m 2 of GFA 5 large loading spaces, plus one large loading space for each 9,000 m 2 of GFA in excess of 9,000 m 2 ofgfa 6. Location of Loading Spaces i) Loading spaces must be located either within or abutting the building containing the use to which such loading space is appurtenant.
