PUC 72L~6-06 (SERVICE LIST ATTACHED) BY THE BOARD: On January 31, 2007, Laundry World LLC (Petitioner) filed a petition with the Board dis~)uting the bills of Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) and NATGASCO, Inc. (NATGASCO) (collectively, Respondents) for natural gas services. After the filing of Respondents' answers, the Board transmitted this matter to the Office IDf Administrative Law (OAL) for hearing and initial disposition as a contested case pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:14-B-1! ~ and N.J.S.A... 52:14F-1! ~ The matter was assi!~ned to Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Thomas E. Clancy. While this matter was pending at the GAL, the parties engaged in negotiations and reached a settlement that was submitted to the ALJ. By Initial Decision submitted to the E30ard on September 12, 2007, to which the settlement was attached and made part thereof, ALJ Clancy found that the agreement was voluntary, that its terms fully disposed of all issues in controversy and that it met the requirements of ~~ 1 : Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, Respondent PSE&G agreed to issue <3 credit of $10, to the balance of Petitioner's account within 20 days of the full ee(~ution of the stipulation by all parties. In turn, within 30 days of1f1erutreecljtion of the stipulation b~' all parties, Petitioner agreed to pay the sum of $19, to Respondent NATGASCO. In addition,

2 DATED: upon the satisfaction of these payments, the parties have further agreed to release and discharge each other from all actions and claims, known or unknown, up to the date of the stipulation. After review and consideration, the Board FINDS that the terms of the settlement are fair and reasonable. Therefore, the Board HEREBY ADOPTS the Initial Decision and the Settlement Agreement in their entirety, incorporating the terms thereof into this final decision as if fully set forth at length herein.
