Hamed, by undersigned Counsel, for his Petition states as follows: 1. Petitioner Waleed M. Hamed is a United States citizen and a resident of St. Croix. Petitioner makes this application as the Executor of the deceased and the person named by the deceased to be the Executor of the deceased's Estate. 2. The deceased, Mohammad A. Hamed, died on or about Jw1e 16, 2016 in Amman Jordon having been a resident and inhabitant of St. Croix. (See death certificate attached as Exhibit No. 1 ). 3. The deceased died with a Will and the subscribing witnesses to the Will have executed and delivered an affidavit as to the circumstances of the execution of the deceased's Last Will and Testament. (See original Last Will and Testament dated September 12, 2012 attached as Exhibit No. 2). There are no other known Wills or Codicils. (See Affidavit attached as Exhibit No. 3). 6. The deceased's Estate consists of the deceased's interest in the Plaza Extra Supermarket Partnership and any real property and/or personal property, tangible and intangible, not previously conveyed to the Mohammad A. Hamed Living Trust dated September 12, 2012, and any amendments thereto, including, but not limited to: any partnership interests of any kind

Pursuant to Article III of the deceased's Last Will and Testament, the deceased left all of his Estate to Mohammad A. Han1ed Living Trust dated September 12, 2012 as may be amended from time to time. 9. Pursuant to Article IV of the deceased's Last Will and Testament, the deceased appointed Petitioner Waleed M. Hamed to be Executor of the deceased's Estate and the deceased specifically provided that no bond shall be required of said Executor. the Estate. 10. The deceased has no surviving widow or minor children requiring support from WHEREFORE, the Petitioner requests that the Court order the following: a) The issuance of Letters Testamentary to Waleed M. Han1ed; b) The admission of the attached Will to probate based on the attached affidavit of the subscribing witnesses; c) The waiver of any bond requirement.
