MSEDCL isrequired to file a appl ication for grant of Distribution Licence as a Petition ) as per Forni}I ofmerc (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 by complying with the regulation 35 to 41 of the aforesaid Regulations. The form II alongwith application is enclosed herewith as Annexure MSEDCL has not submitted details of proposed network addition plan, MSEDCL is required to submit the same. The proposed network additional plan will be submitted later on after due diligence process carried out by MSE})CL. 3.
