46 News from OCA/JCIT Items above will be discussed next at the JCIT meeting on February 1 st 2019 as of Nov 2018 Meeting Clerk Issues - working on changing Lead and Attachment to something more understandable for filers. The committee is looking at Standalone Document (stamped), Proposed Order (not stamped) and Exhibits/Supporting Documents (not stamped) as the three that will be provided. The current target is late January/February for rolling out statewide. Possibility of mandating Juvenile cases be efiled through efiletexas.gov Possibility of mandating that orders at the trial-court level be efiled through efiletexas.gov
