The Petitioners are aware of WEBSTERS DICTIONARY, BLACK'S LAW DICTIONARY, BARON'S LEGAL GUIDES LAW DICTIONARY, BOUVIER'S DICTIONARY 1865, USGPO STYLE MANUAL, and etc In order for the Superior Cour Distnct of Columbia, the Petitioners and the Corpraions to be all on the sae page the languge must be clarty. A couple of Examples that the Petitioners can give, are these. If the Petitioners were to said (gay) in one dictionar it refer to being; happy, care free in another dictionar is ha sexua meaning. Another Example is the term Firear; this is what most people think of; A Firear; is a weapon that fies a projectile but in Title 27 CFR 479 and the U.S.C 26 of the IRS codes this give you a completely different definition of the word firear. It is the historical fact tht the IRS dodges and refuses to clarfy any usage of a word, words or terms in other cour. The corpration employee allows the IRS and any of it agents to intimate the cour for possible auditig in their own personal account if the cour did not rule in their favor. The Petitioners by filing under 28 USC (a) have now placed ALL deparents, entity, instrents' of ths Corpration as defendats in ths suit; their by makng the Superior Cour the soul Cour of jursdiction in this Hearng. There is no Cour to Appel for the defendats to Appe to as all of the other Cour became a par to the action under the Corpration headig and by their corrption. The Superior Cour has a clear and untheatened position to force the IRS and the Corprations to comply in a hearg to define; INCOME, PERSON, INDIVIDAUL, ALIE, RESIDENT,AIEN ENMY RESIDENT UNITED STATES CITIEN and 3

IRS needs to explain why when a NOTICE OF LIEN is use at a Ban or other public offces they commit frud by leave out section (a) under 26 USC sections Ths Statute clearng show that taxes only applies to Federa and State offcials and public offces and not to the National people of this country. These are issue that need answers and clarify in the Superior Cour by the defendants. So we will all know what langue we are going use; whether it is Apples Oranges, Bananas or Grapes.
