1 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY There are strictly no pass-outs (Exit and Re-Entry) at any TOG event. Entry is at own risk. The right to refuse entry is reserved. Totem Onelove Group (TOG) events are licensed 18+ event only, unless specifically outlined by TOG. No exceptions. The patron must comply with State and Federal Australian law at all times during the event. PROHIBITED ITEMS Don t bring food, drinks, weapons, alcohol or illicit substances to the Event. The following items are not permitted to be brought on the site by patrons: Glass (not including perfume, medicine or vitamin bottles), Cans, Metal Containers, Flares, Fireworks, Laser Pointers, Knives, Scissors, Glowsticks, Portable Seats/Chairs, Eskies, BBQs, Alcohol, Umbrellas, Go Pros, Professional Cameras, Audio Recording Devices, Tape Recorders (not including mobile phones), Weapons/Dangerous Items (does not include studded belts or deodorant), Sunscreen, Illicit Drugs, Fireworks, Sporting Equipment, Metal Objects and Stickers & Flyers. Flares and fireworks are considered to be an extremely harmful weapon at TOG events. If a patron is found with a flare upon entry or inside the venue they will immediately be ejected, banned from TOG events indefinitely and may be prosecuted. No liquids are permitted on site for security reasons. There is free water provided on site at various multiple locations. Sunscreen cannot be brought into any TOG event due to security reasons. Free sunscreen is available on site from First Aid, rovers and at Merchandise Stands. No animals are permitted on site, excluding authorized guide/companion dogs.
2 VALID ID Valid Photo ID is required for entry (Passport, VALID Australian Driver License or Keypass / Government issued Proof of Age Card). Attendees from overseas must bring their valid passport to gain entry. Overseas Drivers License, Student University and/or Public Transport cards will not be accepted. On request security have the right to ask you to legitimise yourself with further ID requests. TICKETING All patrons entering the site must have a valid ticket. Patrons on site without a valid event ticket / wristband will be ejected immediately. One ticket is only valid for the admission of one person. Do not purchase your ticket from a scalper or from an unauthorised online vendor like Gumtree or Ebay. Failure to purchase a ticket from an authorised outlet may result in refusal of entry. Tickets are not refundable and will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged, except as required by law & as otherwise specified by TOG. The sale or re-sale of a ticket by the Ticket Holder (including online auction sites) without the prior consent of TOG is prohibited. TOG has an ongoing relationship with the police regarding the falsification of tickets to events. If you suspect you have purchased an invalid ticket please contact contact@totemonelove.com.au immediately. Forging a ticket or wristband to the event will result in immediate rejection. TOG reserves the right to refuse entry if a patron has been previously ejected from one of their events. It is the sole discretion of TOG to allow banned patrons to attend future events. TOG have the right to pursue legal action if banned patrons continue to attempt to flout their ban. REJECTION OF ENTRY Security staff are entitled to search; pat down or metal detect any patron upon entry or during the event. Any person not compliant will be refused entry or removed from the event without a refund. Please contact contact@totemonelove.com.au within two weeks of the events end date with security ID details if there are exceptional and just reasons to. Access to a TOG event is prohibited or refused to people who: Are clearly under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other stimulant Have been banned from events before, imposed by either TOG or the administrative, legal or police governing bodies Illustrate behavior that intends to disturb public peace or to provoke assault, hatred, rage etc
3 Refuse to declare objects that are considered to be dangerous or off limits by security services Are wearing hi-vis vests or clothing, uniforms attempting to resemble any staff and crew member, unauthorized media vests, gang related uniforms (including bandanas and jackets) or uniforms that impersonate police or other emergency service personal. Are unauthorised media outlets and their personale. Only authorised and fully accredited media approved by the Marketing and Publicity departments are permitted at TOG events. Any media or persons found to be carrying media equipment (microphones, recording devices, camera etc) or deliberately deceiving staff will be removed and banned from Totem Onelove events for an indefinite period. POLICE Police have the right to attend TOG events and have the right to question and eject patrons from the event, if they are suspected of possessing illegal substances or weapons. The patron has the right to request legal representation and is not required to respond to police questioning if they are not of sound mind. MEDICAL By entering the event and using the Venue and TOG medical facilities, the patron consents to providing access to their medical information. If a ticket holder has a prior medical condition that requires medication to be taken whilst attending a TOG event then the patron must contact@totemonelove.com.au with a doctors certificate regarding their condition at least 48 hours prior to the event commencing. LIABILITY TOG and the Venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or within the premises. TOG will not be held liable for any hearing damage or loss. Use earplugs if necessary. TOG will not take responsibility for cloaked items. Where rides are on site, rides will be ridden at patrons own risk. TOG accepts not responsibility for this.
4 DISABILITY POLICY Dedicated entry lanes will be available to those in possession of a Disability Card or Companion Card. Guide Dogs are permitted on festival grounds to valid Disability Card or Companion Card holders. The festival grounds are wheelchair accessible, however please be aware that this is a large outdoor festival that may require travelling on natural terrain. The ground may become soft and muddy if it rains. Please take extra precaution if this is the case. Matting and signage will be positioned where possible. Dedicated disabled toilet facilities will be available at each venue. Please look for signage and ask for assistance from security or staff if you cannot locate these facilities. Please refer to the Accessibility Chart following this document. Please contact contact@totemonelove.com.au should you require further information regarding accessibility access specific to each venue. PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING The event is copyrighted and non-accredited persons or media found filming or taking photographs will be sued. No recording devices such as video cameras, Go Pros or audio recorders are allowed on site unless. Professional cameras of any kind are not allowed on site without authority from TOG. Only smartphone (iphone, Samsung etc) and point and shoot cameras are authorised to be used by patrons. Authorised media employed by TOG, must be wearing TOG supplied media vests at all times. If vests are not worn TOG has the right to remove the offending media. Any third party media attending the event must have prior written authorisation and appropriate accreditation from TOG. Any and all footage taken by patrons on camera, mobile phone or any recording device is subject to Copyright Laws. TOG and it s artists give no permission for filming, photographing or any recordings where used in any public medium without written authorisation from the TOG. If this is not followed TOG may prosecute. You may be filmed or photographed at this event for the purposes at the sole discretion of TOG and can be used for publicity purposes for TOG events. DAMAGE OR MISUSE OF PROPERTY Patrons that are caught destroying event decorations will be ejected immediately. Patrons are forbidden to climb tents, structures or lighting towers of any kind.
5 PATRON BEHAVIOUR Please arrive and depart in an orderly fashion and respect the neighbors. It is strictly forbidden for patrons to enter restricted areas such as backstage, production sites, offices etc. Doing so will result in immediate ejection from the event. Displaying clothing, banners or body art that insight violence or hatred will result in the applicable patrons immediate ejection from the event. Dangerous activities will not be tolerated. This includes aggressive moshing, stage diving, crowd surfing, climbing or gang behavior. No intimidating behavior will be tolerated including posturing or surrounding patrons. Patrons participating in these activities will be evicted without right to re-entry or refund. TOG accepts no liability for any injuries or damages caused by these activities. PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL No third party promotional items including flyers, posters, stickers, wristbands or tickets are permitted to be distributed at any TOG event. EMERGENCY AND SAFEY PROCEDURES In the case of an emergency evacuation or situation, please follow all official directives. For safety reason, TOG reserves the right to: Interrupt or stop the event Totally or partially vacate the site Deny access to the site regardless of the possession of a valid entry ticket If you feel at any time your or anyone else's health or safety is threatened, please contact the nearest security guard. There are First Aid Officers on site at all times who can be contacted by security and event staff. All bags/containers are subject to a full search at entry to ensure the safety of patrons. Any restricted Item that security finds on the entry it is the responsibility of the Patron(s) to secure the item(s). Security (or TOG Staff) will not take possession or responsibility of the item(s),nor will it be cloaked on behalf of the individual(s). No food, unless pre-approved by the event for medical purposes, can be bought into any TOG event. If you require a particular item of food for medical purposes to be bought into the event with you please contact@totemonelove.com.au up to 2 weeks prior to the event taking place with a medical certificate from your doctor.
6 LINE UP CHANGES & REFUNDS Line-up is subject to change without notice and may vary. TOG may be forced to alter the program or timetable of the festival. In this case the entry ticket remains valid and it is neither exchangeable nor refundable, unless required by State or Federal law. Drink token refunds will not be issued post event.
