Defendants admit that no one was inside. Defendants 10 admit that y entered through front door of Homeless Action Center next door, 11 went through that office to back of Long Haul, and forced ir entry into Long Haul 12 through its secured back door. Defendants admit that y did not permit Long Haul members to enter 20 building during pendency of search.
