Millard and other bank employees, money belonging to and in the care, custody, control, management and possession of Bank Midwest, 6249 Brookside Boulevard, Kansas City, Missouri, an institution where deposits were then insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and in committing the foregoing offense, the defendant put in jeopardy, and caused to be placed in jeopardy, the life of Michael S. Millard, and other bank employees of Bank Midwest. COUNT TWO: The

WHEELER, did knowingly brandish, carry and use a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence for which they may be prosecuted in a court of the United States, that is, bank robbery as charged in Count One.
