The recipient of this permit must comply with all Federal State and Local laws to include parameters/guidelines detailed in Lake Saint Louis Municipal Ordinances Sections through Section and all other stipulations/requirements detailed in the recipient s blast permit application including but not limited to those that relate to blasting and noise abatement. The recipient of this permit shall have a licensed blaster on site at all times during blasting. The designated licensed blaster will be with a license number of.
