Great guideline to follow By CA Waschefort This book is an invaluable asset when used in conjunction with the Rome Statute. I used it for jurisdiction purposes to establish the ICC's jurisdiction with regards to non-signatory states of the Rome Statute. It creates a nice framework to follow, without having to cross reference all the different article in the statute. It is obviously used best with the Rome Statute at hand, when in doubt go to the original source (the Statute). But it still provides a clear, understandable and easy to use platform. It is also a very nice source for authority on international criminal case law. Most of the most recent, most important and influential cases are cited.
