Otherwise, attorney fees are established on a case by case basis. NOTE: If you have not completed your education in the U.S., we must provide USCIS with an evaluation of your education and/or employment credentials. Private credential evaluation agencies usually charge $150 for a simple academic evaluation. This expense is extra. Additional fees are charged for credential evaluations based on experience, involvement in consular processing problems and appeals.
