As you should be functioning under the American constitution, and with all treaties, and de jure Law pursuant thereof - we are uncertain as to your reasoning behind your actions not to recognize our Moorish Nationality for which such an act is undoubtedly contrary to substantive and procedural due process protections; as well as your own Rules of Judicial Conduct on bias against one s national origins. 3 You Respondent officers of the court employed with the Judicial Qualifications Commission, have failed to answer all questions in our last correspondence regarding the constitutionality and legitimacy of non-disclosure and proper documented delegated authority/jurisdiction for your alleged judges for the public record - as required by constitutional law. See Article III. Non-disclosure = Fraud, and there is no statute of limitations for fraud. See Magee v. Insurance Co., 92 U.S. 93, 23 L.Ed. 699 "Once a fraud always a fraud" 13 Vin. Black s law Dictionary 9th edition page 1862 The law provides that once State and Federal Jurisdiction has been challenged, it must be proven. Main v. Thiboutot, 100 S. Ct (1980). There is no discretion to ignore that lack of jurisdiction. Joyce v. US, 474 F2d 215. The law requires proof of jurisdiction to appear on the record of the administrative agency and all administrative proceedings. Hagans v Lavine, 415 U. S Additionally, your admitted bias against our National origin as Aboriginal Indigenous Moors where your assertion that, A[n alleged] judge s decision to not recognize the legal fiction of Moorish nationality is an attempt to denationalize us by mischaracterization and misrepresentation of our Nationality as a legal fiction and identified in the 1933 Securities Act, Section 11 where: denationalization results in a form of political genocide known as mischaracterization of non-combatants and an international war crime. What is NATIONALITY? Nationality determines the political status of the individual, especially with reference to allegiance; while domicile determines his civil status. Nationality arises either by birth or by naturalization. According to Savigny, "nationality" is also used as opposed to "territoriality," for the purpose of distinguishing the case of a nation having no national territory; e. g., the Jews. 8 Say. Black s Law Dictionary 4 th ed. p.1176 (1968) Moreover, your prejudicial and false assertion to defeat jurisdiction in criminal actions filed against you would guarantee our right of an appeal in a de jure and legitimate court of law because this statement violates substantive and procedural Due Process rights since we have a common law right to challenge the legitimacy of any tribunal for which that alleged court has the obligation to answer the challenge; furthermore, we were never told the true nature and cause as to why we were in front of this undisclosed jurisdiction. Is it not lawful for Margaret R. Taylor to force people into an unknown secretive jurisdiction? The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. See Article III THE FALSELY ACCUSED As falsely accused Natural People on our own Land; we have a common law right to challenge the competence of the alleged court s reasoning ability to hear diversity of citizenship and federal question common law subject matters in order to protect our own lives; our freedom, and property from a corrupt U.S. Democracy private for-profit corporate commercial justice system when actually TAYLOR s tribunal is foreign that has NO natural jurisdiction, and NO right to be here trying to apply rules on the Natural People of the land; yet she treasonously proceeded in violation of Article III which clearly contradicts your own judicial codes of conduct that you conveniently have amnesia, and undermines your alleged judges integrity and impartiality regardless of one s nationality. Admiralty tribunals have NO right to stand. See Milligan Ex Parte, 71 U.S. 4 Wall. (1866). Real judges having jurisdiction on the land CANNOT be members of the BAR. 4 are here only by treaty (See Bar Association Treaty of 1947) and are precluded from holding ANY public office by The Constitution. A Treaty is An agreement, league, or contract between two or more nations or sovereigns, formally signed by commissioners properly authorized, and solemnly ratified by the several sovereigns or the supreme power of each state. Edye v. Robertson, 5 S.Ct. 247, 112 U.S. 580, 28 L.Ed. 798; Ex parte Ortiz, C.C.Minn., 100 F. 962; Charlton v. Kelly, 33 S.Ct. 945, 954, 29 S.Ct. 447, 57 L.Ed. 1274, 46 L.R.A., N.S., 397. Black s Law Dictionary, 4 th ed. p.1674 (1968). All of your BAR fraternity members and Judicial Qualifications Commission, and the STATE OF WHICHEVER bankrupt franchises are not sovereigns or nations; you are private for-profit foreign corporations, and unconstitutional. Moreover, you are presently in dishonor of American Republic Constitution that prohibits titles of nobility which makes unequal and unjust distinctions. See Article I 9, 10. Just because your pretend judges do not personally recognize our Moorish American population - does not make our Moorish American Nationality non-existent or a legal fiction as you have erroneously asserted. Denationalization is prohibited and punishable. Trop v. Dulles, 356 U.S. 86, 78 S. Ct. 590, 2 L. Ed. 2d 630 (1958). In RE Owen v. Independence, 100 S.C.T. 1398, 445 US, Officers of the court have no immunity from liability when violating a Constitutional right; for they are deemed to know the law! People in your positions should take the time to learn about people s natural rights, and acquaint yourselves with de jure law and lawful authorities in order to STOP discriminating against the people of the land because we have birthrights as living breathing souls, and you have NO right so STOP accusing us and trying to define us as being what you are: U.S. corporate citizen legal fictions. CONVERSION OF RIGHTS INTO CRIME / FABRICATED CRIMINAL CHARGES Forgetting to turn on headlights IS NOT a crime. Not consenting to unlawful kidnapping/arrest IS NOT a crime. Wanting to stay unharmed while sitting in the safety of our own automobile IS NOT a crime. Not consenting to authoritarian commands usually given to K-9 to exit the safety of our own automobile IS NOT a crime. However, men in uniform calling themselves law enforcement consistently demonstrate criminal behavior. They violently terrorized us and destroyed our property by bashing in the windows on both sides with hard sticks now that s CRIMINAL- and people like you protect them through your corrupt court system. When alleged judges ignore directives of the American Constitution compact (in our cases: Article III, Amendment I, Amendment IV, Amendment V, Amendment VI, Amendment VII, Amendment IX); and are not regulated to allow judicial determinations without authority; toy around with people s lives; threatening our freedoms while arrogantly playing and waving around straw dolls, - making mockery of our nationality from the bench, and arbitrarily issuing fraudulent capias because we are Moors - when we physically standing and talking to the alleged judge YET; your Judicial Qualifications Commission says that s okay; then, there is something very very wrong and corrupt with the justice system.
