25 SESSION 2: FLEXIBILITY OF THE RECEPTION SYSTEM. CONTENTS: Regulation on temporary protection in the event of a mass influx of displaced persons approved by Royal Decree 1325/2003. Mixed management system with NGO s that allows flexibility in case of a massive influx of asylum seekers The possibility of reducing the length of stay in a Reception Centre. Last experience: Influx of Kosovar. The current economic situation in Spain could not respond to a massive influx. 25
